I would like to write an article about Pokemon Global Link and its various features.

Introduction
-What is Pokemon Global Link, how do you register for Pokemon Global Link, etc.

PokeMileage Club
-Horrible games, useful items (never again will you have to farm Luvdiscs for heart scales), useful berries, etc.

Rating Battles
-Register for rating battles, check your rating, etc.

Battle Spot Statistics
-Battle Spot Statistics are very useful
-It shows the most commonly used Pokemon, the most common items/abilities/moves are the aforementioned Pokemon, etc.
-This is especially useful in Battle Spot Doubles. Battle Spot Doubles is the exact same as VGC 2015, and this allows you to observe metagame trends and popular choices in VGC.

Online Competitions
-Register and participate, etc.

Events Calendar
-Calendar, events, etc.

This seems alright as long as you could put your own personal spin on the article, since you could find some of these things on Bulbapedia or even PGL's official site. For instance, talk about what the games are like and why you think they're lousy and such. Approved.
