Pawniard's excellent typing and decent bulk make it an important check to powerful special attackers like Abra and Porygon. Berry Juice greatly boosts Pawniard's longevity and prevents 2HKOs from, for example, Natu's and Koffing's coverage when combined with maximum Special Defense investment. Knock Off and Iron Head have almost perfect coverage, letting Pawniard take a chunk out of common threats like Mienfoo, Mareanie, and Ferroseed. Sucker Punch handles faster foes like Abra and Natu and lets Pawniard play mindgames with opposing Diglett, while Stealth Rock lets it capitalize on the switches it forces. Poison-types such as Koffing and Mareanie are mandatory teammates to switch into opposing Mienfoo; Mareanie can also check opposing Ponyta. Grookey can handle opposing Mudbray and Onix for Pawniard.

Elaborate more. Either explain why its using a berry juice or explain exactly why it heals back to full after eating the hit.

Arena Trap users can trap and KO Ponyta; Diglett can trap weakened Mienfoo, while Trapinch more reliability handles opposing trappers.

I feel like we use trappers a ton as support mons, replace this with like anything else or remove it altogether.
