Hydreigon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon
- Fire Blast

I wanted to my favorite Pokemon which is Hydreigon. I was informed by mainers that Specs is the best option so I built my team around getting it in. I gets good opportunities because is harder to wear down thanks to its spikes immunity and pursuit resistant. A single Flash Cannon makes Clefable unable to come in on Dark Pulse later. Hydreigon best answers are AV Tornadus-T and Chansey. So heres were the teammates come in.

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Ice Punch

Mega Metagross felt like a natural partner since it threatens the Fairies that come into Hydreigon. I switched around the set a couple times and now feel alright with it being walled by Slowbro since I got plenty of pokemon that can break through it. Bullet Punch was really necessary for Weavile and Mega Alakazam.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Thunder Wave

The team is built on the idea of getting the 2 on the field without much issue. Rotom-Wash is check to lots of things and is the best switch in on the team for Weavile. I prefered T-wave as this team is quite slow and it goes well with Hydreigon Dark Pulses.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 208 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Roost

According to jonfilch Defensive Landorus-T is bad in ORAS so I ran U-turn Gliscor instead. I'm not the biggest fan of it because it can't really do anything against Tornadus-T and others. But it does have very good longevity so it has that.

Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Smack Down

AV Tornadus-T is my specially defensive pivot for Keldeo and Latios (better than Latias). It draws in a lot of Pokemon that Hydreigon abuses like Rotom-Wash and Heatran. It has Smack Down to give this team a way to stop a Volcarona sweep.

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Glare
- Substitute

Serperior is the main wincon of the team which is surprisingly easy to do with Rocks up. It notability can Glare Tornadus-T and Volcarona which is highly useful for this team. You could probably run Leech Seed over Glare as well but Hydreigon appreciates Paras a lot which is the main aim of the team.

Threats include Weavile, Talonflame (for some reason), and Thundurus-I and probably a fuckton more. Stall might be a issue as well but didn't face one on ladder.

Shout out jonfilch Vulpix03 TJ Isza IPF Amir Gingy Yelodash for being my ORAS wisdom. I hate this tier sometimes but I also love this tier sometimes.
