Low Kick is also p cool for Mega Steelix

why would you run low kick and sd together? you kinda need knock off/ice shard/icicle crash

Specialized for beating certain things in the meta, like if you need to lure in Mega Steelix for another Pokemon on your team. You can get away without having Icicle Crash, not ideal, but it can work.
