Empoleon is a fantastic special wall and bulky slow pivot thanks to its bevy of resistances and great Special Defense, giving it a plethora of switch-in opportunities. Defensive abilities enhance Empoleon's utility, with Bulletproof letting it wall Gengar and Gholdengo, Volt Absorb allowing it to switch into Zapdos and Regieleki, and Earth Eater letting it wall Garchomp, as well as Great Tusk lacking Close Combat. Flip Turn allows Empoleon to take a hit and pivot out, Stealth Rock lets it rack up passive damage, and Knock Off allows it to hinder switch-ins such as Manaphy and Kommo-o. Ice Beam is an option over Surf, giving Empoleon a super effective move against Dragonite, Kommo-o, and Garchomp, while Earthquake can threaten Iron Moth and Heatran. 0 Speed IVs let Empoleon pivot out as slow as possible, maximizing its defensive utility. Empoleon has average physical bulk, so it appreciates physically defensive teammates like Corviknight, Zapdos, and Kommo-o that can take on physical foes like Great Tusk, Galarian Zapdos, and Ogerpon-H that otherwise threaten it, while Empoleon takes on special attackers like Gholdengo, Azelf, and Manaphy. Offensive teammates such as Walking Wake, Gengar, and Ogerpon-C all appreciate Empoleon's slow pivoting to bring them onto the field safely, giving them a natural synergy with Empoleon, which is relatively passive on its own. Empoleon is vulnerable to being overwhelmed by special attackers like Sandy Shocks and, depending on its ability, Gengar, Zapdos, and Landorus, so a secondary special wall like Blissey, Garchomp, or RegenVest Manaphy can make a good teammate.

Empoleon is a fantastic special wall and bulky slow pivot in AAA thanks to its bevy of resistances and great Special Defense, giving it a plethora of switch in opportunities in tandem with defensive abilities such as Bulletproof to wall Gengar and Gholdengo, Volt Absorb to switch into and wall Zapdos and Regieleki, or Earth Eater to wall Great Tusk lacking Close Combat. Flip Turn allows Empoleon to take a hit and pivot out, Stealth Rock lets Empoleon rack up passive damage, while Knock Off allows Empoleon to cripple a foe by removing its item too unspecific, saying that it cripples switch ins like (example 1, and 2) would be better here. Ice Beam is an option over Surf, giving Empoleon a super effective move against Dragonite, Kommo-o, and Garchomp, while Earthquake is an option to threaten Iron Moth and Heatran. 0 Speed IVs let Empoleon pivot out as slow as possible, maximizing its defensive utility. Empoleon has average physical bulk, so it appreciates physically defensive teammates like Corviknight, Zapdos, and Kommo-o which can take on physical threats like Great Tusk, Zamazenta-C weird choice since zamac wins vs non ironpress corv and zap + zamac is kinda irrelevant so maybe something else like ace of sor gapdos would be better here, and Ogerpon-H that otherwise threaten it, while Empoleon takes on special attackers like Gholdengo, Iron Moth, and Manaphy. Empoleon is relatively passive, so it appreciates offensive teammates such as Walking Wake, Gengar, and Ogerpon-C, which all appreciate Empoleon's slow pivoting to bring them onto the field safely. Empoleon is vulnerable to being overwhelmed by special attackers like Sandy Shocks and, depending on its ability, Gengar, Zapdos, and Landorus-I, so a secondary special wall like RegenVest might want to shift mana to the back so that it doesnt suggest that bliss and chomp use rv Manaphy, Blissey, or Garchomp can make a good teammate.
QC 1/2, good work

This first sentence is ridiculously long and wordy, making the paragraph super unappealing to read. I'd suggest splitting this into two, breaking it up like this:

Empoleon is a fantastic special wall and bulky slow pivot thanks to its bevy of resistances and great Special Defense, giving it a plethora of switch-in opportunities.

Defensive abilities only enhance its utility, with Bulletproof letting Empoleon wall Gengar and Gholdengo, Volt Absorb allowing it to switch into Zapdos and Regieleki, and Earth Eater letting it wall Garchhomp, as well as Great Tusk lacking Close Combat.

If you choose to not make this change, I'm also underlining some errors / unnecessary bulk: "in AAA" can be removed, as well as "switch in opportunities" -> "switch-in opportunities"

Flip Turn allows Empoleon to take a hit and pivot out, Stealth Rock lets Empoleon it rack up passive damage, while Knock Off allows Empoleon it repetition to cripple hinder switch-ins such as Manaphy and Kommo-o. Ice Beam is an option over Surf, giving Empoleon a super effective move against Dragonite, Kommo-o, and Garchomp, while Earthquake is an option to threaten Iron Moth and Heatran. embrace brevity: "is an option to" can be replaced by the much shorter "can" while retaining the same meaning 0 Speed IVs let Empoleon pivot out as slow as possible, maximizing its defensive utility.

Empoleon has average physical bulk, so it appreciates physically defensive teammates like Corviknight, Zapdos, and Kommo-o which can take on physical threats like Great Tusk, Galarian Zapdos, and Ogerpon-H that otherwise threaten it, while Empoleon takes on special attackers like Gholdengo, Azelf, and Manaphy.

These last three sentences read identically and it leads to a clunky and unpleasant reading experience: empoleon has x, so y. empoleon is x, so y. empoleon is x, so y. I would try to vary this sentence structure a bit like you did in previous paragraphs, as well as keeping an eye on repetition when it comes to Empoleon vs it. You don't have to scrap all three of these sentences, maybe just the middle one to avoid repetition, , but here's a structure you can try for the second sentence:

Offensive teammates such as X, Y, and Z have synergy with Empoleons X, which does Y.

(space) Flip Turn allows Empoleon to take a hit and pivot out, Stealth Rock lets it rack up passive damage, while and Knock Off allows it to hinder switch-ins such as Manaphy and Kommo-o. (using 'while' doesn't really work on lists of 3 or more things, it only really works as a comparison between 2 things) Ice Beam is an option over Surf, giving Empoleon a super effective move against Dragonite, Kommo-o, and Garchomp, while Earthquake can threaten Iron Moth and Heatran. 0 Speed IVs let Empoleon pivot out as slow as possible, maximizing its defensive utility.
