No rules, what's the strongest Pokémon team possible?

I was wondering if there were no rules and restrictions, what is the strongest possible team one can make?

Rules (ironic I know):

• The team has to be possible to make in Scarlet & Violet
• No hackmons
• Endless battle clause will still apply

Everything else is fair game (no species clause, no item clause, all Pokémon are legal, etc.)

if you want a tier that most matches your rules it's probably gen 9 anything goes - but a hypothetical "who's the strongest 6" thread wouldn't really fit anywhere on smogon
