This is the team that I used: Gross Legacy.
Volcanion with Will-o-wisp is goat. It dents strong physical attackers like Gross, Zyg, and the Fishies. Leftovers works pretty well with Grassy Terrain, so I preferred it over Sitrus Berry.
Sometimes, Zamazenta just takes the win. Wide Guard was handy for ladder, but not necessary.

I don't want him to ban , because before the dlc, mega metagross is not a thread , dozens of pokemon can take advantage of him. he is super afraid of will-o-wisp and intimidate.
