My First O/U Team "Kim to Tim"

=== [gen8ou] Kim to Tim ===

Invader Kim (Clefable) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Teleport
- Protect
Clefables roll for me on this team is simply to pass wish and maintain some life while making sure the rest of my team stays healthy. I want to make her a full cleric roll with heal bell but not having protect ruins her longevity.

Silver Surfer (Corviknight) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Impish Nature
- Tailwind
- Roost
- Defog
- Drill Peck
Corviknight is my defensive tank. He takes cares of landorus and many other threats to the team. I wanted to do body press but opted for drill peck which hasnt backfired yet. I dont think i need tailwind but this team isnt the best speed tier.

GWAR (Seismitoad) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
Seismitoad plays a good role with being immune to water and electric moves and is a good setter of stealth rocks. I wanted to play a toxic role on this to spread status but the ice punch and knock off helps take place of toxic stall by eliminating items and dragons and ground and flying think twice.

B52 (Dragapult) (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Thunderbolt
Dragapult plays the speed game for me and i tend to use more at the end to maybe sweep. I wanted to DD but i felt the defensive stats were to low to set up. I play thunderbolt on it to take care of waters for my team lacks electric or grass.

Land Rover (Landorus-Therian) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
Landorus plays the intimidate roll and cripples attackers. I can sub/dance if in the correct play and sweep with landorus if needed. But he is a good counter and check and if played right people dont know what item you have on it yet.

Tim (Heatran) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 232 SpD / 24 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Toxic
Heatran plays a good role for me. With a magma storm
and especially when flash fiore is activated can OHKO plenty. Earth power is coverage to rocks or any poison. I chose a special defensive set and toxic spread.

Hi kipkip610, welcome to Smogon! I am locking your RMT for the time being as the forum rules require that you provide at least three lines of descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. Please read the rules carefully and look at Team Showcase to see the detail we require. PM me with updated descriptions, and I will be happy to unlock this. Also, feel free to PM me if you need help or have any question. Have a nice day!

To PM someone on Smogon, go over their name on any of their post. It will display a little pop-up with a summary of their profile. Then, hit the "Start conversation" button and you will be able to write a PM just like you write a regular thread.

Why did you choose this Pokemon?
What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it?
What are all 4 moves for?

I don't know why, but I see a ton of Seismitoad in OU outside of rain. In my opinion, a much better mon would be Swampert although it doesn't get knock off. Scald, toxic, sr, earth power? Other options would include flip turn, liquidation, eq, and maybe even ice beam/punch. Brave bird recoil should be pretty insignificant on Corviknight so maybe replace drill peck. Magma storm on Heatran for trapping over overheat. They should end up with similar damage outputs, and they both hit like 50% of the time. Nidoking may do something here because of the speed teir without tailwind but Idk I played like one game with it.

u should run a set of moonblast, soft boil, knock off/t wave/stealth rocks, wish this will help clefable sustain herself and make it so wish tect isnt as abusable and u can still pass wishes considering the teams high natural bulk

Corviknight should run u-turn over tailwind, this is not doubles.. you have to little turns to abuse it and your team isnt even built around it. Drill peck should be brave bird to be able to threaten pokemon better such as garchomp, blaziken, hawlucha, etc.

heatran should be magma storm, it helps rack up chip damage and force progress.. and it helps trap and eliminate threats. It also makes it so it isnt passive asf after one overheat usage

seismitoad should be swampert or compress rocks onto heatran and fit something such as kartana, weavile, urshifu-r, SD garchomp for extra wallbreaker power as right now your matchup against shed shell pex stall is dire and you are really in for something
