So need help on Natures and Some EVs, Oh and do I have any Weaknesses ?

You don't have any physical sweeper. You have only three (3) physical attacks, so blissey walls you easily. I would use Thunder Punch over fire punch on Alakazam, so it wouldn't get walled by Houndoom and stuff. I would also use DDmence, it would kinda fix your problems with sp. walls.

I was thinking of maybe Switching Gengar with Metagross or Aerodactyl, Would that be a good idea ?

And does natures matter in Netbattle? Cause I need some help with natures...
