Non-Pokébank OU Mostly hyper offense

Wishiwashi-School @ Choice Specs
Ability: Schooling
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Earthquake

I like Wishiwashi a lot so he's what the team is kind of built around. Max SpA + Modest + Choice Specs for maximum SpA. Hydro Pump is a powerful stab and OHKOs a lot of threats. I tried Ice Beam warily but it has actually worked out very well for me. HP Electric was from something I read in an OU analysis thread and it has also worked pretty well. It actually won my last game for me. Earthquake is coverage. I was kind of unsure about the SpD EVs but it's made switching into Wishiwashi a little easier.

Marowak-Alola @ Thick Club
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Bonemerang
- Shadow Bone
- Iron Head

I added A-Marowak for support to Wishiwashi because the Electric types that threaten Wishiwashi normally switch out against A-Marowak because lightning rod and ground type moves. Thick Club + Adamant + Atk EVs for hard hitting attacks. Flare Blitz is pretty simple: a 120 BP stab. Bonemerang is useful for substitute spammers and I use it over EQ because of grassy terrain. Shadow Bone is another useful stab and Iron Head was because I had a hard time against fairy types. I gave him pDef EVs cause I didn't know where else to put them and because it helps with switch-ins.

Alakazam-Mega @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Dazzling Gleam

I'm using M-Alakazam because it's really good IMO with Tapu Lele (see below). Tapu Lele prevents priority and boosts psychic moves to a crazy level so it was a pretty easy decision for me. Modest + max SpA for maximum attack. Psychic for stab. Shadow Ball is what I used on my Gen 6 M-Alakazams and it works really well in gen 7 too because of lots of other ghost and psychic types. Focus Blast and Dazzling Gleam for coverage. Alakazam really functions as a late game sweeper and extra power if Lele dies mid Psychic Terrain.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt

Tapu Lele is a monster. Modest and choice specs and EVs make its SpA a huge threat. I swept one team from the get-go with psychic terrain and psychic spam. Shadow Ball is for ghost and psychic types as well as opposing Tapu Lele. I can OHKO most Lele sets with Shadow Ball. Moonblast is secondary stab for annoying dragons. I wasn't really sure about Thunderbolt but so many people don't see it coming. Several times Gyarados has tried to set up and Lele kills it.

Pheromosa @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- High Jump Kick
- Poison Jab
- Lunge

Pheromosa is here to take advantage of Psychic Terrain because priority is a huge deal to Pheromosa. I went for Atk set instead of SpA because I already have 3 SpAttackers. Ice Beam is for coverage, lots of dragons and flying types don't see it coming. High Jump Kick is for nukes on everything, and poison jab for those stupid fairy types. I did nearly lose one game though because Tapu Koko (scarf I believe) outsped Pheromosa using Poison Jab. Lunge is another stab that has useful Atk lowering. Life Orb for extra attack to secure more OHKOs.

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Toxic Spikes
- Haze
- Scald

Toxapex is here because I'm not good at switching and Toxapex can switch into nearly everything. It's also here because Marowak isn't the best pDef tank. Recover and Toxic Spikes for utility, haze for preventing Toxapex from becoming setup fodder. Scald for those times when it's a 1v1.

I'm relatively new to competitive battling and pretty new to actually making teams instead of stealing them but I thought I would give it a shot. I was going for hyper offense but put Toxapex in because I'm pretty bad at switching and like having a go-to when I'm not sure. I'm like really really open to suggestions except for getting rid of Wishiwashi or Tapu Lele. I could get rid of one but not both.

EDIT: oh, and I would love to fit Dhelmise somewhere onto this team because I love him. Dhelmise is just great.
EDIT 2: also, would not be all that opposed to switching Wishiwashi for Minior if that would work. Minior is actually really good imo.
