Congrats to Paleo, rnbs, and Ridley for being the undisputed Top 3 in the rankings, and hopefully everyone else is happy with their rankings. If you are curious what our ranking criteria was, here is the basic outline we went with:

1 = Top player, likely winner or at least top 4
2 = Good player, expect a top 16 placement
3 = Decent player, should win two or three rounds
4 = Poor player, should win first round but not much more
5 = Bad player/Uknown, should lose early

Using this criteria we all assigned a player the number we thought fit them, and then came up with an initial rankings that had a lot of ties due to the averages of the numbers we gave them equaling each other. We then in a skype group took apart the ties and ranked everyone with in the "tie groups" that we had created. Also the bottom 20 or so seeds were randomized since we did not have enough information about the players to rank them accurately.

Anyway we decided to go with a tour that wouldn't end in a round robin final, I'm using Challonge to host this tournament and this means the top 32 players in the bracket get a bye for the first round, then fight the winners of the lower seeded games. This also allows for more interaction with the community as there is a really easy way to do predictions on Challonge.

I'm not Lax but it might have been the same format that the Tournaments forum uses, First Come First Serve = 62.5% and the remaining players (37.5%) are chosen randomly.

Just for the record for some people thinking that these rankings are biased and somewhat BS. Just put 3 things into perspective before you start throwing shade.

1. Woa isn't even a thing anymore, it hasn't been a thing for a good while now and while we are all still friends stuff and talk to each other, there is no unrelenting force that you guys dont know about that is driving these rankings. Arifeen put together a very good cast to create unbiased rankings, I can guaruntee you that.

2. Put yourself in a rankers position. You have to fucking rank 75 people based on how good u think each user is. There is no way
In hell anybody could get that 100% right and no matter who did it, there will always be some questions but that doesnt mean anyone should be openly getting upset about the matter.

3. Instead of gettting angry about your rank, prove everyone wrong by doing well. It should motivate you to do well im something like this so you can show everyone that you can perform in the tour scene and do well. That is what will help you down the road, not constant bitching.
