AAA man. (Physical Wall Ting-Lu) [DONE]

[SET]
Physical Wall (Ting-Lu) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator / Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Spikes / Stealth Rock
- Ruination / Taunt
- Whirlwind / Ruination / Protect

[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to its incredible defenses and solid utility movepool, Ting-Lu functions as an adequate physically defensive wall. Ting-Lu can use Spikes for entry hazard stack team archetypes, which benefit cleaners such as Azelf and Dragonite; alternatively, Stealth Rock allows Ting-Lu to provide general support for its team and deal chip damage to Corviknight, Chien-Pao, and Ceruledge. Ruination lets Ting-Lu chip would-be switch-ins like Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Galarian Zapdos, while Taunt blocks recovery and hazard removal attempts from the likes of Corviknight. Whirlwind works well with Spikes and prevents setup attempts from Pokemon such as Dragonite and Earth Eater Gholdengo, while Protect allows Ting-Lu to gain additional Leftovers recovery and figure out what move opposing Choice item Pokemon like Chien-Pao, Walking Wake, Terrakion, and Zamazenta are going to use. Regenerator is the preferred ability on Ting-Lu, as it lacks reliable recovery, while Magic Guard is a secondary option that lets it switch in more easily because it won't take hazard damage or poison damage from Toxic and Toxic Spikes, but Magic Guard should only be used if there is another Regenerator Pokemon on its team. Pecharunt greatly appreciates Ting-Lu's presence, thanks to Ting-Lu's ability to switch in on Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Iron Boulder; Ting-Lu also appreciates Pecharunt, since Pecharunt can check Pokemon that Ting-Lu tends to struggle against like Iron Hands and Zamazenta. Ting-Lu also has trouble with Spikes, so hazard removers such as Corviknight and Great Tusk are greatly appreciated. Special attackers like Primordial Sea Walking Wake and Primarina can easily switch in on Ting-Lu and greatly threaten it, so Pokemon such as Empoleon and Manaphy are appreciated to counter them.

Thanks to its incredible defenses, solid utility movepool, and access to Regenerator or Magic Guard, Ting-Lu functions as a physically defensive wall. Ting-Lu can use Spikes for hazard stack team archetypes, which benefit cleaners such as Gholdengo Azelf and Dragonite; alternatively, Stealth Rock allows Ting-Lu to provide general support for its team and deal residual chip damage versus Walking Wake Corviknight Walking Wake takes the same/less from rocks than spikes, Chien-Pao, and Ceruledge. Ruination lets Ting-Lu chip would-be switch-ins like Corviknight, Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Galarian Zapdos, while Taunt blocks recovery and hazard removal attempts from the likes of Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Deoxys-D Mandibuzz and Deo-D outspeed you so theyll defog or recover before you can taunt. Whirlwind works well in conjunction with Spikes and prevents set-up attempts from Pokemon such as Ceruledge, Dragonite, Great Tusk not necessarily wrong but ceruledge is more relevant and you dont love taking tusk's cc , and Earth Eater Iron Hands, while Protect allows Ting-Lu to gain additional Leftovers recovery and figure out what move opposing Choice-item Pokemon like Chien-Pao, Walking Wake, Terrakion, and Zamazenta are going to use. Regenerator is the preferred ability on Ting-Lu, as other than Leftovers, Leftovers isnt considered reliable recovery it lacks a way of reliable recovery, while Magic Guard is a secondary option that lets Ting-Lu switch in more easily since it won't take hazard damage, but should only be used if there is another Regenerator Pokemon on its team mention not taking damage from toxic. Pokemon such as Manaphy and Bulletproof Empoleon greatly appreciate Ting-Lu for being able to easily switch in on Electric-type Pokemon like Sandy Shocks and Zapdos Ting-lu doesnt reliably switch in on either of these, mention mons that tinglu actu mention what manaphy and empo do in return eg. switch in on pokemon like walking wake and latios. Pecharunt is another Pokemon that greatly appreciates Ting-Lu's presence, thanks to its ability to switch in on Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Iron Boulder; while Ting-Lu also appreciates Pecharunt since it can check Pokemon that Ting-Lu tend to struggle against like Iron Hands and Zamazenta. mention hazard removers like corv, tinglu doesnt like taking spikes.

Implemented everything except I didn't add Ceru as a setup option against Ting-Lu cause Ceru never wants to take an EQ.

Thanks to its incredible defenses and solid utility movepool, Ting-Lu functions as a good or something adjacent physically defensive wall. Ting-Lu can use Spikes for hazard stack team archetypes, which benefit cleaners such as Azelf and Dragonite; alternatively, Stealth Rock allows Ting-Lu to provide general support for its team and deal residual chip damage versus Corviknight, Chien-Pao, and Ceruledge. Ruination lets Ting-Lu chip would-be switch-ins like Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Galarian Zapdos, while Taunt blocks recovery and hazard removal attempts from the likes of Corviknight. Whirlwind works well in conjunction with Spikes and prevents set-up attempts from Pokemon such as Dragonite and Earth Eater Iron Hands, this can kinda just slowly kill and annoy you, especially since you mentioned earth eater. i'd prefer something like ghold instead probs while Protect allows Ting-Lu to gain additional Leftovers recovery and figure out what move opposing Choice-item Pokemon like Chien-Pao, Walking Wake, Terrakion, and Zamazenta are going to use. Regenerator is the preferred ability on Ting-Lu, as it lacks a way of reliable recovery, while Magic Guard is a secondary option that lets Ting-Lu switch in more easily since it won't take hazard damage or damage from Toxic, but should only be used if there is another Regenerator Pokemon on its team. mentioning not just toxic but tspikes is nice as well, since that's also a popular slot on moth Pecharunt is Pokemon that greatly appreciates Ting-Lu's presence, thanks to its ability to switch in on Pokemon such as Gholdengo and Iron Boulder; while Ting-Lu also appreciates Pecharunt since it can check Pokemon that Ting-Lu tend to struggle against like Iron Hands and Zamazenta. Ting-Lu also tends to struggle with Spikes, so hazard removers such as Corviknight and Great Tusk are greatly appreciated.

+ mention checks to other special attackers that abuse you super hard for clicking hazards / non attacking moves (primsea primarina, wake, etc)

Thanks to its incredible defenses and solid utility movepool, Ting-Lu functions as a solid (I'd replace one of the "solid"s with "decent" or "good" or some other synonym) physically defensive wall. Ting-Lu can use Spikes for entry hazard stack team archetypes, which benefit cleaners such as Azelf and Dragonite; alternatively, Stealth Rock allows Ting-Lu to provide general support for its team and deal residual chip damage versus to Corviknight, Chien-Pao, and Ceruledge. Ting-Lu also tends to struggle has trouble with Spikes, so hazard removers such as Corviknight and Great Tusk are greatly appreciated. Special attackers like Primordial Sea Walking Wake and Primarina can easily switch in on Ting-Lu and greatly threaten it, so Pokemon such as Empoleon and Manaphy are appreciated to counter them.
