Invalid Make Salamence available at level 9

Salamence is obtainable in gen 7 at level 9 through SOS-battles, but showdown incorectly requires it to be at least lv.50. There's some strategies that require even strong pokemon to be at a low level - and either way I think it should be added to make the battle simulator as accurate as possible (also it's funny)

There's also some other evolved pokemon available the same way (that i was able to find):

-Dragonite lv.10 (sos Dratini in Poni Gauntlet)
-Gyarados lv.10 (sos Magikarp Poni Gauntlet)
-Wishcash lv.10 (sos Barboach Poni Gauntlet)
-Garbodor lv.24 (sos Trubbish in Malie City)
-Pangoro lv.24 (sos Pancham in Route 10)
-Kommo-o lv.43 (sos Jangmo-o in Vast Poi Canyon)
