I need to buy a good webcam for my friend because he wants to record pokemon battles. Yes i want a good webcam to give him something that would have good voice catching and great quallity something under 40 bucks.

For recording battles, your probably better off using a digital camera or camcorder with at least 4 GB of storage. that will keep ~20 min of video if you have battles that long.
