LGPE VGC Kickoff Usage Stats and Week-by-Week analysis
Note: 1 replay was taken from each set; a three game set will contribute as much as a two game set. Because of this, the winrates will be mostly innacurate, so don't pay too much attention to them.
This will be updated every week, despite only week 1 being available yet.

:muk-alola: Week 1 :muk-alola:
+ ---- + ------------------ + ---- + ------- + ------- +
| Rank | Pokemon | Use | Usage % | Win % |
+ ---- + ------------------ + ---- + ------- + ------- +
| 1 | Muk-Alola | 17 | 85.00% | 52.94% |
| 2 | Zapdos | 15 | 75.00% | 53.33% |
| 3 | Aerodactyl | 14 | 70.00% | 42.86% |
| 4 | Venusaur | 12 | 60.00% | 58.33% |
| 5 | Eevee-Starter | 10 | 50.00% | 60.00% |
| 6 | Snorlax | 10 | 50.00% | 50.00% |

| 8 | Blastoise | 6 | 30.00% | 66.67% |
| 9 | Rhydon | 6 | 30.00% | 66.67% |
| 10 | Starmie | 4 | 20.00% | 0.00% |
| 11 | Alakazam | 3 | 15.00% | 33.33% |
| 12 | Poliwrath | 3 | 15.00% | 33.33% |
| 13 | Raichu-Alola | 3 | 15.00% | 66.67% |
| 14 | Kangaskhan | 2 | 10.00% | 0.00% |
| 15 | Charizard | 2 | 10.00% | 100.00% |
| 16 | Slowbro | 1 | 5.00% | 0.00% |
| 17 | Dragonite | 1 | 5.00% | 0.00% |
| 18 | Persian-Alola | 1 | 5.00% | 0.00% |
| 19 | Gengar | 1 | 5.00% | 0.00% |

Alolan Muk tops the list this week, being on 17/20 teams. The three teams that did not opt to use Alolan Muk had a noticably bad matchup into Mega Alakazam, despite not facing any Mega Alakazam teams. Mega Aerodactyl also had a suprisingly high usage, with a variation of the Mega Aerodactyl + Eevee sample team being used an astonishing ten times. As a result of this high usage, I expect to see an uptick in Mega Blastoise and Rhydon usage, as Mega Aerodactyl's biggest checks, with Rhydon also being very strong into the other members of the top 3.
