This team is awful. When I say "Awful", I don't mean it's bad, I mean it leaves very little room for counterplay, and is ridiculously easy to pilot. You find a way to set up Aurora Veil, and try to get Rocks up with Diglett if the matchup allows it. Alternatively, you could use it for Memento as an alternative if your AV is down, or you can't get it up easily somehow; You can use Memento to get in either Zigzagoon, or potentially to get AV up with Vulpix if you're desperate.
Most things are decently standard, the most unusual picks are probably AV on Sandshrew and Diglett. Unfortunately, Sandshrew was by far the weakest link on the team when it was 3 attacks + SD. It was basically dead weight most of the time, as it didn't have enough turns to really do too much with speed, and without Hail, gets checked ridiculously easily. Aurora Veil makes it much more useful, as it provides a speedy alternative to getting AV up that most people don't really expect or play around. Late-game sac a low HP Vulpix to get hail up, then go to Shrew to threaten something/setup AV isn't uncommon at all, and is a great way to keep up your gameplan without being entirely dependent on Vulpix being decently healthy.
Diglett is a bit unusual, and could probably be replaced with Onix, but the redundancy that Memento + Trapping provides for setting up your sweepers, or even getting up AV, is actually incredibly useful. Beyond that, of course, it can sometimes just nab free KO's and turn the game into a 5-6 instead early on, or trap and pick things off later in the game after one of your sweepers have torn the enemy team apart.
Abra serves a similar role, tearing things apart lategame once the opponent is weakened. As the Focus Sash pokemon on the team, it's also the resident "I'm about to lose, save me from getting swept" option, if Sandshrew doesn't outspeed or deal with whatever is threatening you. However, I've found you don't often need to rely on Sashbra to save you, so running Life Orb over Sash is definitely an option, if not the outright better pick.
Zigzagoon is really dumb on this team. It sets up on almost everything with AV/Memento on the team, and is really, REALLY hard to stop. Even if you do stop it, you've probably lost a ton of resources in doing so, so the rest of the team can probably pick you off.
tl;dr: This team is dumb, AV is dumb, why have you done this.
