Itemized {Slate 10 Voting!! - Milotic, Snorlax, Skarmory Lines}

Alright, voting is now closed! Congratulations to Mygavolt's Burning Torch for the Charizard Line, Brodaha's Potted Plant for the Venusaur Line, and Gravity Monkey's Counter-Cannon for the Blastoise Line! Here they are:

Burning Torch - Boosts Fire-type attacks in direct proportion to the holder's remaining HP. Multiplier ranges from 1.5 (max HP) to 1 (1 HP).

Potted Plant: If held by a Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, or Venusaur, multiply SpA by 1.33x in sun and grassy terrain. Stackable.

Counter-Cannon — Upon receiving direct damage, the damage this pokemon should have taken is inflicted on the move's user, breaking this item.
Now, for our next slate:
Sand Stream
These lines' final evolutions are famous for setting up Sandstorm. Here they are:
Tyranitar Line

Hippowdon Line

Gigalith Line

Things to remember:
  • The items would most likely be used on the final evolution (it is most viable in an OU-based environment), so if the item has synergy with an ability, it should be the ability/abilities of the final evolution
  • Take into consideration the tier and current sets of each Pokemon. Gigalith is in NU, Hippowdon is in UU, and Tyranitar is in OU. The items are meant for OU, so mons in lower tiers should get stronger items to ensure they have a niche. This means that Gigalith's items should be stronger than Tyranitar. However, remember that Tyranitar would be forgoing its mega to run this item so it has to be worth it
Submissions will close Thursday, June 28th. Have Fun!!

Hey everyone! I'm gonna be announcing the winners for this slate. But first, lemme toss in my votes

Larvitar Line: leonard (from big bang theory)
Hippopotas Line: Origin0
Roggenrola: Brodaha

So yeah. Congrats to leonard (from big bang theory) for winning for Tyranitar, Origin0 for winning for Hippowdon, and Brodaha for winning for Gigalith!

And for the new slate for the other band of subpar weather setters

Snow Warning
These are the Pokemon whose entire evolutionary lines auto-set Hail (sorry, Vanilluxe!). These include...

Ninetales-Alola Line

Abomasnow Line

Aurorus Line

Remember to take these Pokemons' tiering in mind. While Ninetales is BL, Abomasnow and Aurorus are all the way down in PU. Also, remember that Abomasnow has to forego its Mega to hold its item, so make the sacrifice worthwhile!

Aurora Crystals: When this item is held by Vulpix-Alola or Ninetales-Alola, the duration of Aurora Veil is increased to 8 turns. The user will survive any hit from full HP with 1 HP left over. This item breaks upon that effect triggering, and then summons Aurora Veil (extended) if Hail is active.

Swap Sail: When this item is held by Amaura or Aurorus, the holder's weaknesses and resistances are inverted. Cannot be removed of the holder is Amaura or Aurorus.

Cloyster Line

Cincinno Line

Ambipom Line

And now, some announcements:

  • Alolan formes will be getting different items from thier regular formes
  • The next thing that needs to be discussed is should non-cover UBs get items? This is a hard yes or no - if Stakataka is getting one, all of them will. It would be great to come to a verdict on this by the end of voting
  • I'm going to be working on a spreadsheet, so I'll get that done in the next couple of days
  • Now that my schedule is freeing up again, I'm going to be a bit harsher on what I considered to be balanced. Some submissions this slate were borderline broken, but the ones that were selected are good.
  • Remember, if you have any slate suggestions, want to join the council, or have any questions / suggestions in general, just PM me.
Submissions will close Thursday Night EST. Have Fun!

I think we should have Ultra Beast signature items, but Magearna is not an ultra beast, so don't give one to it.
Here is the so-called "criteria" for being an Ultra Beast, as I see it:
- Stats are all Prime Numbers
- Beast Boost as an ability
- BST of 570 (Naganadel and Poipole break this rule, but they are also the only ones to evolve and they follow the other rules.)
This also means that Lunala, Solgaleo, and Necrozma are not ultra beasts.

Will submit later.
