Thanks to its typing and Ice Scales, Incineroar is able to wall special attackers such as Lunala, Mewtwo, Poison Heal Reshiram, and Kyurem-W. A Burn immunity and access to Heavy Duty Boots protect Incineroar from several forms of residual damage, and the Burn immunity prevents its attacks from being newtered by that condition. Spectral Thief prevents opponents such as Poison Heal Reshiram and Poison Heal Mewtwo from setting up. Knock Off has excellent utility in removing items, hitting Ghost- and Psychic-types for a fair amount of damage as it does. Rapid Spin is great for removing hazards, and access to STAB Dark-type attacks allows Incineroar to threaten Ghost-types who could otherwise block it from using Rapid Spin. Multi Attack with Dark Memory is an uncommon option to switch into Normalize Ghost-types and does more consistent damage than Knock Off, but comes at the high cost of Heavy Duty Boots's hazard immunity. U-Turn allows Incineroar to bring in teammates safely due to its low speed. Full EVs in Speed allow Incineroar to Outspeed some offensive Pokemon such as Kyurem-W and Lunala at +1 and force them out.

Incineroar is weak to physical attackers such as Zamazenta, Barraskewda, and Excadrill, so a physical walling core is necessary to take them on. A combination of synergistic physical walls, such as any two of Eternatus, Poison Heal Golisopod, Fur Coat Zamazenta-C, and Water Absorb Rhydon can work together for this purpose. Poison Heal stallbreakers such as Spikes Zekrom, Taunt + Body Press Zamazenta, or Poison Heal Snorlax can switch in safely on an Imposter of Incineroar and threaten to cripple it if it tries to remove hazards you set up. A secondary Hazard control Pokemon such as Prankster Court Change Eternatus, Defog Ferrothorn, or Magic Bounce Zamazenta-Crowned are helpful against opposing Poison Heal Hazard setters such as Zekrom and Golisopod, as they often force Incineroar out or can stall it out of PP. Setup control Pokemon such as Prankster Haze Snorlax, Topsy-Turvy Fur Coat Lunala, and Prankster Haze Eternatus can shut down baton pass chains and Normal-type setup users before they snowball out of control. Special wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Lunala, Sheer Force Mewtwo, and Sheer Force Eternatus can be Imposter-proofed by Incineroar. Hazard-weak Pokemon such as Galarian Darmanitan-Z and Kyurem-W appreciate Incineroar's Rapid Spin and Knock Off support.

move 1: Recover
move 2: Spectral Thief
move 3: Knock Off / Rapid Spin / Multi Attack [QC] Remove Spin Slash Dark STAB is mandatory, I also haven't received opinions from other members but I don't think Multi-Attack is worth proper slashing, maybe just a mention would be good, since NormPult isn't a thing anymore and Koff utility is so good [QC]
move 4: U-Turn / Rapid Spin
item: Heavy Duty Boots / Dark Memory

Thanks to its typing and Ice Scales, Incineroar is able to competently wall special attackers such as Lunala, Mewtwo, Poison Heal Reshiram, and Eternatus [QC] Mention Kyurem-White as well, if necessary replace Etern [QC]. A Burn immunity and access to Heavy Duty Boots insulate Incineroar against several forms of residual damage [QC] Also note that its not crippled by burns allowing it do continue doing damage [QC]. Recover allows Incineroar to wall special attackers throughout the game [QC] Don't think this is necessary, just start with Spectral Thief [QC], and Spectral Thief prevents them from freely setting up [QC] List some examples of some setup [QC]. Multi Attack is a useful option to switch into Normalize Dragapult and is also a powerful hit against targets who take neutral damage from it, but comes at the high cost of being unable to use Heavy Duty Boots. U-Turn allows Incineroar to gain momentum against Pokemon it checks, and even with maximized Speed EVs, it is slow enough to pivot against offensive Pokemon [QC] This speed part seems pretty filler [QC]. Full EVs in Speed allow Incineroar to Outspeed up to Zacian-C at +2 Speed, which it can easily gain by using Rapid Spin twice or gaining two Quiver Dance boosts with Spectral Thief [QC] This is definitely not easily gained as I don't see you getting 2 spins against Zacian-C or somehow stealing two QD boosts, are there better examples that are +1 so one spin pulls it off? [QC]. [QC] Some word choices here are probably not ideal, such as competently and insulate, changing is up to you. [QC]

Incineroar is weak to physical attackers such as Zamazenta, Barraskewda, and Excadrill, so a physical walling core is necessary to take them on. A core of synergistic physical walls, such as any two of Eternatus, Poison Heal Golisipod [QC] Golisopod [QC], Fur Coat Melmetal, and Water Absorb Rhydon can work together for this purpose; just one is never enough [QC] Filler phrase [QC]. Poison Heal stallbreakers such as Spikes Zekrom, Taunt + Body Press Zamazenta, or Stealth Rock Golisopod can switch in safely on an Imposter of Incineroar and threaten to cripple it if it tries to remove hazards you set up [QC] I'm not sure how Golis cripples Imposter here [QC]. A secondary Hazard control Pokemon such as Prankster Court Change Eternatus, Magic Bounce Eternatus, or Magic Bounce Zamazenta-Crowned are helpful to shut down opposing Poison Heal Hazard setters, as Incineroar will have difficulty Rapid Spinning against them for fear of losing its Heavy Duty Boots [QC] Heavy-Duty Boots, also what is it losing the boots to? I'm not sure if any PHers that Incin is switching in on runs Koff regularly [QC]. A Prankster Haze Pokemon such as Primarina or Toxapex provides a check to Shell Smash sweepers such as mixed Reshiram and Zamazenta-Crowned that would scare Incineroar out [QC] Shell Smash Mention, change to something else or just use a different point or delete [QC]. Special wallbreakers such as Choice Specs Lunala, Sheer Force Mewtwo, and Sheer Force Eternatus can be Imposter-proofed by Incineroar. A fast offensive Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Zamazenta-Crowned or Galarian Darmanitan-Z allows you to play actively against offensive teams instead of passively switching into their attacks [QC] This feels incredibly filler and random, what does this do specifically for Incin and/or what does Incin help back? [QC].
