Azumarill used Waterfall, not Play Rough last round, so Rotom should have less HP. Now here's some annoying shenanigans because Conkeldurr is OP and requires me to use them.

• If Conkeldurr is to use Mach Punch on the next action AND not in combination AND Rotom is Ice-type AND Rotom is not under Foresight, THEN use Exit Appliance and replace all instances of Blizzard with Thunderbolt.
• IF Conkeldurr uses Mach Punch AND Rotom is Ice-type, THEN use Foul Play.
• IF Conkeldurr uses a damaging Fighting-type move AND Rotom is faster than Conkeldurr AND Rotom is Ice-type AND Rotom is not under Foresight, THEN use Exit Appliance and replace all instances of Blizzard with Thunderbolt.
