Also what happens if someone who has the reqs wins? Does it get passed down to the next best option from the tournament? Or will he or she be branded as a jerk because he or she just wanted to have fun in a tournament?

b/c there's was deadine to meet and I asked ppl to post to the thread once they scheduled (precise for something like this)? You guys failed to do both...

The top 4 get reqs and I'd be surprised if this some of them haven't already laddered up. The main purpose of this tour is to see what a meta w/o hoopa-u looks like, not get 4 extra suspect voters.
