Very large indeed! Some noteworthy ones are Hypnosis and Teeter Dance

Focus Sash, and Teeter Dance, forcing a switch. On the switch Hypnosis, and on the second switch Calm Min or Trick Room and Baton Pass away

Terrible stats. It gets some great utility moves, but it lacks the stats to use them. Even with CScarf and positive natured max EVed speed, it only reaches 360 speed. Discuss the poor panda, who we all automatically think will be placed in NU (if there is one)

psych up on curselax, hypnosis to avoid hits, BP the stats, ... I really don't care for spinda

Psych Up sounds like a very interesting options.... you could switch in on something like Suicune, and since you outpseed it you can PU the CMs and Hypnosis and Pass away.

Still, the panda is going to be buried deep where no one can find it
