Haunter Set - Opinions?

Hi guys, I recently made a Haunter set and I enjoyed using it as a perish song/mean looker. I'd like to know your opinions and maybe ideas to change it!

Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Mean Look
- Perish Song
- Confuse Ray
- Protect

I made this because I have been making mono-type teams recently and ran out of ghost types to use. What do you guys think?!

I'd not recommend using this set, Haunter has piss-poor bulk. When not running max Speed, you miss out on a lot of Pokemon. I really see no reason to use this thing over Spiritomb, the thing it has is Speed, so capitalize on that. Maybe a Life Orb set with Shadow Ball / Destiny Bond / Sludge Bomb / Thunderbolt could be of use! Welcome to Smogon! :) (if you have any questions then VM me :])
