I like this thing's typing, very unique.

[SET]
name: Dual Screens
move 1: Spirit Break
move 2: Reflect
move 3: Light Screen
move 4: Taunt
item: Light Clay
ability: Prankster
nature: Adamant
evs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Grimmsnarl is an interesting Pokemon, possessing a unique movepool and typing alongside its ability Prankster. With Grimmsnarl's access to priority thanks to its ability, it can quickly set up dual screens to support its team while disrupting setup and entry hazards via Taunt. Taunt also becomes very beneficial in preventing Defog from Rotom-W and status conditions from moves such as Will-O-Wisp and Toxic, letting it pressure most Defog users and defensive Pokemon. Spirit Break serves as a good reliable STAB move that also lowers Special Attack, which is a useful tool against the likes of Dragapult and Hatterene. The EV spread alongside an Adamant nature allows Grimmsnarl to maximize its chances of 2HKOing Mandibuzz with Spirit Break while having just enough Speed to outspeed it. Its decent natural bulk allows it to set up both screens effectively despite the lack of investment beyond its HP.

Grimmsnarl is a team supporter with this set, as such, its best teammates are those that appreciate its support from dual screens and Taunt. Hawlucha and Gyarados are formidable setup sweepers that benefit from dual screens support and can clean a team quite well after setting up. Bisharp is a usable teammate that can take advantage of Defog via Defiant if the opponent attempts to Defog screens away.

[SET]
name: Bulk Up
move 1: Darkest Lariat
move 2: Spirit Break
move 3: Bulk Up
move 4: Substitute
item: Leftovers
ability: Prankster
nature: Careful
evs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 136 SpD
in-battle alt: Gmax

[SET COMMENTS]

With this set, Grimmsnarl can function as a bulky setup sweeper while simultaneously doubling as a solid check to Pokemon such as Dragapult and Hydreigon. With Prankster providing priority, it can quickly set up a Substitute and proceed to boost its power and physical bulk with Bulk Up. Grimmsnarl sets up best on slower, more passive walls such as Toxapex and Jellicent, and it can use its increased bulk to take a hit from a faster offensive Pokemon such as Barraskewda or Cinderace and retaliate hard in return. Darkest Lariat and Spirit Break both function as decently strong, reliable STAB moves that provide great coverage together. Darkest Lariat also gives Grimmsnarl an edge over opposing setup sweepers, namely Bulk Up Corviknight. The EV spread alongside a Careful nature gives Grimmsnarl enough bulk to survive a +2 Hydreigon's Flash Cannon. The Gigantamax forme of Grimmsnarl is preferred with this set, as G-Max Snooze can become incredibly annoying for the opponent with its ability to induce sleep, especially when boosted. The remaining EVs are invested into Attack, as it allows Grimmsnarl to OHKO Gyarados at +1 with G-Max Snooze.

Grimmsnarl does a great job at handling Mandibuzz, Reuniclus, and Dragapult, and thus teammates such as Kommo-o, Hawlucha, and Aegislash appreciate this. Aegislash is also very useful in that it can deal with Hatterene and Clefable, both threats to this Grimmsnarl set. Powerful wallbreakers such as Dracovish and Galarian Darmanitan can wear down and pressure walls such as Toxapex and Hippowdon, which can otherwise endure Grimmsnarl's attacks very well. Entry hazard support from the likes of Ferrothorn and Hippowdon is also useful to wear down teams well enough for Grimmsnarl to sweep. Finally, fast revenge killers such as Gengar, Barraskewda, and the aforementioned Dragapult help Grimmsnarl against faster teams: Dragapult can also bring Grimmsnarl in via a fast U-turn.

Hello ScraftyIsTheBest, sorry for making you go through writing this all up before telling you, but the QC team'd like for you to change the main set to the following:

[SET]
name: Dual Screens
move 1: Spirit Break
move 2: Reflect
move 3: Light Screen
move 4: Taunt
item: Light Clay
ability: Prankster
nature: Adamant
evs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
The EV spread maximizes Grimmsnarl's chance to 2HKO Mandibuzz and the Speed investment allows it to outspeed Mandibuzz. Because of Grimmsnarl's decent natural bulk and access to Prankster, it's typically still able to set both screens, despite the lack of investment into bulk.

On top of that, we'd like you to add this set as well:

[SET]
name: Bulk Up
move 1: Darkest Lariat
move 2: Spirit Break
move 3: Bulk Up
move 4: Substitute
item: Leftovers
ability: Prankster
nature: Careful
evs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 136 SpD
in-battle alt: Gmax
The Special Defense EVs in tandem with 252 HP EVs and a Careful nature are just enough to avoid being OHKOed by +2 Hydreigon's Flash Cannon. The 120 Attack EVs allow Grimmsnarl to OHKO Gyarados with G-Max Snooze at +1.

All done. This should be ready for checks.

Hawlucha, Haxorus, and Gyarados
Haxorus isn’t used much, mention a different setup sweeper or just stick w lucha + Gyara
Bisharp and Obstagoon are both usable teammates that can take advantage of Defog via Defiant if the opponent attempts to Defog screens away.
Remove the obstagoon mention, it basically only ever runs guts
Darkest Lariat and Spirit Break both function as decently strong, reliable STAB moves that provide great coverage together.
mention how darkest lariat beats opposing setup, mainly bulk up corviknight

Good stuff QC 1/2

[SET COMMENTS]

Grimmsnarl is an interesting Pokemon, possessing a unique movepool alongside Prankster, allowing it to become a useful utility Pokemon and annoyer. While I suppose this is true, it doesn't really apply to this set. I'd rather have you mention that it's an effective screens setter because of Prankster + its ability to pressure most Defoggers here. Its typing is quite unique, and thanks to its set of resistances, it is a strong check to Dragapult, Reuniclus, and Kommo-o. While true, this'd be better to mention on the Bulk Up set, which actually aims to check those Pokemon consistently. This set in particular functions as a dual screens setter. This is going to be mentioned earlier, so there's no need to have it again here. With Grimmsnarl's access to Prankster, it can quickly set up screens to support its team while also disrupting setup and entry hazards via Taunt. Taunt also becomes very beneficial in preventing Defog from Rotom-Wash Corviknight and also prevents status such as Will-O-Wisp and Toxic. Rotom-W does not get Defog; Corviknight's far more prevalent. The primary reason to run Taunt is to prevent Defog and Pokemon such as Bulk Up Corviknight from setting up on you, there's no need to mention that it also blocks Will-O-Wisp and Toxic. Spirit Break serves as a decent reliable STAB move that also lowers Special Attack, which is a useful tool against the likes of Mandibuzz, Dragapult and Hatterene. The EV spread alongside an Adamant nature allows Grimmsnarl to maximize its chances of 2HKOing Mandibuzz with Spirit Break while having just enough speed to outspeed it. Its decent natural bulk allows it to set up both screens effectively despite lack of investment beyond its HP.

Make sure that nothing you say becomes redundant after you change the introductory line.

Grimmsnarl is a team supporter with this set, so it benefits from having teammates that appreciate its support from dual screens and Taunt. It does not benefits from having such teammates. As you mentioned, it's a support Pokemon, so it's beneficial for these Pokemon, rather than benefiting from them. Hawlucha and Gyarados are formidable setup sweepers that benefit from dual screens support, and can clean a team quite well after setting up. Bisharp is a usable teammate that can take advantage of Defog via Defiant if the opponent attempts to Defog screens away.

With this set, Grimmsnarl can also function as a bulky setup sweeper, while simultaneously doubling as a solid check to Pokemon such as Dragapult and Hydreigon. With Prankster providing priority, it can quickly set up a Substitute and proceed to boost its power and physical bulk with Bulk Up. Grimmsnarl sets up best on slower, more passive walls such as Toxapex and Jellicent, and it can use its gained bulk to take a hit from a faster offensive Pokemon such as Barraskewda or Cinderace and retaliate hard in return. Darkest Lariat and Spirit Break both function as decently strong, reliable STAB moves that provide great coverage together. Darkest Lariat also gives Grimmsnarl an edge over opposing setup sweepers; namely Bulk Up Corviknight. Power Whip is also a viable option over Substitute as it provides Grimmsnarl a powerful attack to cover Hippowdon and Quagsire, which can otherwise wall Grimmsnarl. Drain Punch can also be used to provide Grimmsnarl an attack that covers Ferrothorn and Bisharp, and can also give Grimmsnarl a form of recovery. Sucker Punch can be used over Darkest Lariat as a priority move to revenge kill faster Pokemon such as Gengar, Barraskewda, and Dragapult, and in tandem with Substitute, Grimmsnarl can play mindgames with its opponents. However, Darkest Lariat is generally more reliable. These are all bad and shouldn't be recommended considered or considered in general. The EV spread alongside a Careful nature gives Grimmsnarl enough bulk to survive a +2 Hydreigon's Flash Cannon. The Gigantamax forme of Grimmsnarl is preferred with this set as G-Max Snooze can become incredibly annoying to the opponent with its ability to induce sleep, especially when boosted.
