Gen 6 Good teammates for Mega Gengar?

Hi, I decided to try out competitive battling yesterday and right now, I'm trying to set up a team. Currently, I'm working on Mega Gengar. It has 31 IV's through all stats, has a Timid nature and 4HP/252SpAtk/252Spd. I'm basing Mega Gengar on "It's a Trap! (Offensive Mega Gengar)" as outlined here: http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/gengar/uber/. It says that the best teammates for this Mega Gengar setup are sweepers. So I was wondering if everyone agrees with this (Mega Gengar, two/three physical sweepers and two/three special sweepers). If so, what Pokemon would best fit the bill? And before anyone says anything, I do not plan on using legendaries since they are hard to reset for a good nature and high IV's. I would rather use Pokemon that can be bred for so that getting perfect IV's would be easier. Some Pokemon that I had in mind are Weavile, Crobat and Porygon-Z.

You cannot make a viable ubers team without "legendaries", 9/10 viable pokemon are legendary in this tier and thus are not "OP". The pokemon you listed are simply not viable on any serious team. Aren't 3 perfect iv legends a thing in oras and xy? Also I highly recommend Shuca Berry Omastar. It does an incredible job leveling the playing field should you face a fabled legendary such as Heatran.
