Before I begin, I decided to nerf Sylvoko. It's ability is now that it summons Misty Terrain and Electric + Fairy moves have 1.5x power in Misty Terrain. With that in mind, here's my move.

Healing Hex is illegal. The moves you fuse have to each share a type from the fusee they derive from. Reshiram is not a Flying type, therefore you cannot use Roost in your fusion move, even though Reshiram gets it.
