From these sprites

Out of these sprites, which style seems best?

1st is more for 8 bit.

2nd is for 16 bit fighting type game.

3rd is for either a fighting game of a higher resolution or pokemon style fighting engine game[turn based.]

I think I might use the 2nd for a side scroller/fighting game that doesn't take up much memory. [Or for mobile phones.]

That 3rd set probably needs more work but I intend on using it for that game engine I was talking about[minus the customization or dynamic fight scenes but the dynamic engine is more like a turn based game so these type of graphics are good enough.]

By the way, their suppose to be these monsters:

Due to limitations in shading, I wasn't able to make the metal monster have a gray head.
 
I personally like the 16-bit versions because I think that sprites lose their charm if they get big enough, but the 8-bit variations don't get enough personality. Just my thoughts. They are cool looking characters in any form.
