OM Foresighters: Future moves that target the user's side fail if it hits the original user; Wish doesn't work

Possibly a bug: all future moves that target the user's side fail if the user is on the field when they hit.
Definitely a bug: when a future Wish is used and the user is not on the field when it lands, the new mon is not healed (either the turn it lands or the following turn), but instead "The opposing Cinderace was freed from Wish!"

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Repeat the steps in the replay

Ok, so there's a different scenario in which you can't use a Future move if there's already another Future move targeting that mon which is the only scenario I've been told that isn't a bug. I want to assume that this, however, is a bug, since I have not been told about this.

This is the way Future Sight works if you target your ally and then switch places with them (at least on Showdown, I don't have a cartridge to test on), so it's probably not a bug.
