[SET COMMENTS]
Gogoat is a solid defensive wincon, able to boost past special threats like Indeedee-F and Charizard late-game thanks to its great special bulk, usage of Terastallization, and recovery in Horn Leech and Milk Drink. It is also a solid switch-in to Water-types like Whiscash and Basculin-B, comfortably taking their STAB moves and threatening to OHKO them or set up. Bulk Up is what lets Gogoat become so threatening late-game, letting it take on physical attackers like Perserrker and Sawsbuck after a Bulk Up or two. Rock Slide is optimal coverage alongside Horn Leech, hitting Grass-type checks like Charizard, Honchkrow, and Articuno. Heavy-Duty Boots lets Gogoat ignore entry hazards, namely the otherwise debilitating Toxic Spikes. Water is the premier Tera type due to its overall defensive utility, reversing Gogoat's Fire weakness and making it take Flying- and Bug-type attacks more easily, which lets it set up on various foes it could not before such as Charizard, Rabsca, and Camerupt. However, Tera Rock gives Gogoat STAB on Rock Slide while still having it resist Fire and Flying, but it becomes vulnerable to Ground- and Steel-types like Gabite and Perrserker. Both Tera types keep Gogoat's usefulness as a Grass-type check due to Sap Sipper, as well as making Gogoat stronger versus most Lilligant.

Before Terastallizing or setting up, Gogoat is threatened by common offensive Pokemon like Charizard, Pyroar, and Rotom-F, so additional special walls like Carbink and Ampharos are recommended as partners. Carbink can also set entry hazards to wear down Gogoat's checks like Gabite and Tinkatuff, while Ampharos can bring Gogoat in with Volt Switch. Pokemon like Basculin-B and Alolan Dugtrio appreciate having a Pokemon that can come in on Electric- and Grass-types like Raichu and Lilligant. Misdreavus is particularly annoying for Gogoat, able to cripple it with Will-O-Wisp + Hex and use it at setup bait, so ways to dispose of or significantly weaken Misdreavus are appreciated. Wallbreakers like Nasty Plot Skuntank, special Honchkrow, and Indeedee-F can threaten Misdreavus while not caring about Will-O-Wisp, while paralysis from Tinkatuff and Alolan Persian can help Gogoat brute force its way past Misdreavus.

Gogoat is a solid defensive wincon, able to boost past most special threat late-game thanks to its great Special bulk and usage of Tera. (Talk about how bulk up means physical attackers can't break though safely.) Rock Slide is optimal coverage alongside Horn Leech, hitting Grass-type checks like such as Charizard, Skunktank, and Sligoo Honchkrow, and Skunktank (Better Example) for at least neutral damage. (This is filler.) Milk Drink and Horn Leech gives Gogoat reliable recovery. Heavy-Duty Boots let Gogoat ignore entry hazards, including namely the otherwise debilitating Toxic Spikes. Water is the more common Tera type due to its overall defensive utility, reserving its Fire weakness, makes it take Flying- and Bug-type attacks easier, while only being weak to Electric thanks to Sap Sipper; as it removes its Fire weakness, and makes it only be weak to Electric-type attacks; however However, Tera Rock gives Gogoat STAB on Rock Slide while still having it resist Fire and Flying, at the cost of now being weak to Ground- and Steel-types attacks from Pokemon such as like Gabite and Perserrker.

Before Teraing Terastallizing or setting up, Gogoat is threaten by common offensive Pokemon (would use Threats > Pokemon but this is fine) like such as Charizard, Pyroar, and Rotom-Frost, so additional special walls like Carbink and Ampharos are recommended as partners. Carbink in particular can also set entry hazards to wear down Gogoat's checks like Skuntank and Tinkatuff, while however Ampharos can bring Gogoat in safely with by pivoting with Volt Switch. Pokemon like Basculin and Dugtrio appreciate having a Pokemon that Gogoat as a partner, as it can come in on opposing Electric- and Grass-types like Raichu and Lilligant.

[SET COMMENTS]
Gogoat is a solid defensive wincon, able to boost past most "most" is very vague and not necessarily accurate, would help to mention a few examples special threat late-game thanks to its great Special bulk and usage of Tera. Bulk Up is what lets Gogoat become so threatening late-game, letting it take on most same here physical attackers after a Bulk Up or two. Rock Slide is optimal coverage alongside Horn Leech, hitting Grass-type checks like Charizard, Honchkrow, and Skunktank you're not staying in on skunk due to the threat of toxic, honchkrow is ok but masquerain+articuno are better examples of threatening mons that u just miss out entirely if u choose to run coverage that isn't rock slide. Milk Drink and Horn Leech give Gogoat reliable recovery more of a personal preference but it would be better to merge this into the first sentence in the paragraph, it comes off very dex info-y right now. also i wouldn't call horn leech a reliable source of recovery. Heavy-Duty Boots let Gogoat ignore entry hazards, namely the otherwise debilitating Toxic Spikes. Water is the more common Tera type due to its overall defensive utility, reversing its Fire weakness, makes it take Flying- and Bug-type attacks easier, while only being weak to Electric thanks to Sap Sipper i prefer not including adjectives like "common" in analyses since usage and meta trends shift all the time and it just makes analyses not age well, you can say smth like "premier choice" instead. This lets it setup on various foes it could not before, such as Charizard, Rabsca, and Camerupt. However, Rock gives Gogoat STAB on Rock Slide while still having it resist Fire and Flying, at the cost of now being weak to Ground- and Steel-types like Gabite and Perserrker. Both Tera types keep Gogoat's usefulness as a Grass-type check due to Sap Sipper, as well as making Gogoat stronger vs most Lilligant.

Before Terastallizing or setting up, Gogoat is threaten by common offensive Pokemon like Charizard, Pyroar, and Rotom-Frost Rotom-F, so additional special walls like Carbink and Ampharos are recommended as partners. Carbink can also set entry hazards to wear down Gogoat's checks like Skuntank non-scarf sets run boots 99% of the time and Tinkatuff, while Ampharos can bring Gogoat in with Volt Switch. Pokemon like Basculin and Dugtrio appreciate having a Pokemon that can come in on opposing Electric- and Grass-types like Raichu and Lilligant dugtrio beats raichu though? do u mean alolan duggy?; they also wear down shared checks like Sligoo and Quilladin sliggoo is unranked and quill sees almost no use, more relevant examples here pls. Misdreavus in partciular is very annoying for Gogoat, considering it can cripple it with Will-O-Hex and use it at setup bait, so ways to dipose or weaken Misdreavus significantly are appreciated. Breakers like Zangoose, Honchkrow, and Sneasel can threaten Misdreavus, while paralysis from Tinkatuff and Alolan Persian can help Gogoat brute force its way past Misdreavus frankly i don't like any of these examples, all of these breakers can't switch in on wisp at all while paralysis also isn't what's gonna stop defensive missy from shutting u down with wisp. np skunk is one of the more notable missy switchins as it doesn't care about wisps and really appreciates gogoat being able to switch into grounds, indeedee and camerupt are okay in that regard too

(Talk about how bulk up means physical attackers can't break though safely.)
good suggestion, next time make sure to add a a few examples of prevalent physical attackers that gogoat can set up on. also it's a nitpick but i've gotten complaints before about checks being hard to read (in this case that dark purple being borderline unreadable on dark mode) so make sure that any comments are readable on both light and dark mode.
Rock Slide is optimal coverage alongside Horn Leech, hitting Grass-type checks like such as Charizard, Skunktank, and Sligoo Honchkrow, and Skunktank (Better Example)
there's a heavy emphasis throughout the check on grammar when the main focus should be on content, the two stages of analysis checking are done separately and by different people for a reason. at this stage grammar fixes should be kept to a minimum (especially not replacing words like "like" with "such as", which would be considered too subjective of a change even in the gp stage) and primarily be focused on stuff like misspelled mons, forme names, move names etc. (Skuntank is not spelled Skunktank, you also missed Sligoo>>Sliggoo and Rotom-Frost>>Rotom-F). as for the examples, removing sliggoo was good since it's unranked, honchkrow is okay, skuntank is an odd mention since gogoat really doesn't want to stay in on toxic unless it's literally tera poison and also doesn't want to get taunted. masquerain and articuno are better examples since they're directly threatened by rock slide and gogoat would be completely unable to touch them with a less optimal coverage move like earthquake, for example.

------

two issues i had with the initial version of the analysis (and i messaged hera privately about prior to doing my own check) were the lack of nuance when it comes to tera types (mentions of type effectiveness with no practical examples of mons that said tera types beat, and no explanation on tera type+sap sipper synergy which is a crucial part of gogoat's function), and that team options needed expansion (the two paragraphs should be roughly similar in size, ideally the reader should get a good idea of how to build a viable team featuring gogoat). it's harder to know what's missing than it is to fix what's already there but that's fully understandable that you'd miss it considering it's your first amcheck, so try to keep that in mind when approaching analyses.

wip bc we dont have a standardized way to refer to basculin-blue-striped yet, pls dont upload yet

if i haven't finalized this in a few days you can bug me / gp about it

if someone tells you a standardized way before i do, you can just substitute that in for "Basculin-Blue-Striped", implement the check, and upload
