Title is a bit sloppy but the point is, it will cover move tutors/events that have either had a large impact or shaped the metagame (Wish / Seismic Toss Blissey, Body Slam Jirachi, HGSS/BW2 tutors) to fun little oddities like NYPC Wish Bagon and XD Baton Passers.
