Evasion abilities (Snow Cloak and Sand Veil) are now banned in ORAS, SM and SS Monotype. The same reasoning applies to our past gens as our decision to ban these abilities in SV, an in-depth explanation can be found here. This will fix the tiering inconsistency between Monotype generations, as BW and SV Monotype already have these abilities banned.
