Chat /ds with Unobtainable or Past moves

What is the bug?
Not 100% sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour, but I'm gonna report it anyway. When using /ds with a Past Gen Only move like refresh, Smeargle still shows up.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
