NU Druddigon (QC 1/1) (GP 1/1)

Druddigon @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 220 SpD / 36 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Glare / Toxic
- Dragon Tail / Protect
- Earthquake

Along with its unique access to Glare, Druddigon differentiates itself as a Stealth Rock user that can bypass Xatu. Druddigon's typing and decent bulk help it to safely set up Stealth Rock against most teams, notably those with Blastoise or Dhelmise as their hazard removal, which is something other Stealth Rock users like Steelix cannot do, as well as soft check wallbreakers like Sceptile and Magmortar. Druddigon generally fits on balanced teams where Pokemon like Sceptile and Sigilyph appreciate its ability to safely set up Stealth Rock. Glare slows down opposing threats for teammates, especially slow wallbreakers like Swords Dance Incineroar and Choice Specs Alolan Exeggutor. However, Druddigon is threatened by common super effective moves like Ice- and Fairy-type attacks, although they can be covered by teammates like Delphox and Vaporeon, which also provide Wish support and even Heal Bell in the latter's case.

Druddigon differentiates itself as a Stealth Rock user that can bypass Xatu and its unique access to Glare. Its typing and decent bulk help it to safely set up Stealth Rock against most teams. Maybe talk about how its typing and bulk let it set up Stealth Rock versus Pokemon other Stealth Rock setters generally can't (give some examples too) However, it is threatened by common super effective moves, although they can be covered by teammates like Delphox and Vaporeon. Make this sentence come after the next one and give some examples of common offensive types that Druddigon gets smacked by that these teammates can cover. Druddigon generally fits on balanced offense teams, where its ability to safely set up Stealth Rock is appreciated. What Pokemon appreciate Stealth Rock support? Toxic allows Druddigon to potentially beat hazard removers like Blastoise and punish Fairy-types. Glare slows down opposing threats for teammates, especially wallbreakers and setup sweepers that appreciates checks paralyzed, like Pangoro and Swords Dance Incineroar. Dragon Tail can weaken foes by forcing them to take hazard damage, and pairs well with Spikes from Accelgor. Protect allows Druddigon to scout for moves, get an extra turn of Leftovers recovery and Toxic chip on the foe. Clerics like Vaporeon can help cure status and heal Druddigon with Wish. okay, so these last five sentences are largely unneeded and put this spotlight in that spot of "this sounds more like a dex analysis". The Toxic sentence can get ditched immediately, as can the Protect one; they don't really add any relevant information. The Vaporeon mention is pretty much already done in that sentence about moves that Druddigon hates, so you could just add on the mention that Vaporeon provides Heal Bell support (as well as Wish, though Delphox does that too, so you'll want to word that well). I don't think the Dragon Tail mention is too necessary; while it isn't wrong, it doesn't really fit into the scope of what Druddigon's niche is I feel. The Glare mention is fine to keep, although I would make it the sentence before the one about how Druddigon is threatened by common offensive types.
this looks like a lot, but it's mostly just addressing the latter half of the spotlight. let me know when it's done, and I'll stamp it

Its typing and decent bulk help it to safely set up Stealth Rock against most teams, notably those with Blastoise or Dhelmise as their hazard removal, which is something other Stealth Rock users like Rhydon and Steelix cannot do. focus more on how its typing and bulk let it switch into key wallbreakers like Sceptile, Magmortar, etc. that these other two can't; while the examples you gave generally hold true for Steelix, offensive Rhydon can gigafuck both Dhelmise and Blastoise with Stone Edge Druddigon generally fits on balanced offense just say balance teams, balanced offense isn't a thing teams, where Pokemon like Sceptile and Sigilyph appreciate its ability to safely set up Stealth Rock. Glare slows down opposing threats for teammates, especially wallbreakers and setup sweepers that appreciates checks paralyzed, like Pangoro and Swords Dance Incineroar make this about slow wallbreakers appreciating Glare; Swords Dance Pangoro is sort of a setup sweeper late-game if you count cleaning up with Bullet Punch, but Swords Dance Incineroar is strictly a wallbreaker. However, it is threatened by common super effective moves like Ice and Fairy, although they can be covered by teammates like Delphox and Vaporeon, which also provide Wish support and even Heal Bell in the latter's case.
qc 1/1 when done, much improved
