What is the bug?
Cannot drag multiple teams in a row into a folder if you hover over the notification for the number of teams that you have added.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Make an empty team folder and at least two teams. Drag first team into the folder so the "+1" notification shows up. Drag second team over the notification and then try to drop in the folder without leaving the bar for the folder. Releasing the mouse button at this point will not add the second team to the folder. Normal behavior can be recovered if you leave the bar for the folder and then drag back onto the bar without hovering over the notification. Expected behavior is that the notification does not have to be avoided when dragging multiple teams into folders.
