The only thing that beats hitmonchan is venomoth, who has 5 more base speed, and pidgeot, who is gay. Nobody knew how much it owned before signups >_<.

It's not that hard to outspeed a 76 Base Speed pokemon and kill it with one hit. Pidgeot? Raticate? Toxic Relicanth? Beedril on the non Rock switch in? Plusle? Pelipper?
