Clefable

I see that in the UU page the wall breaker clefable with double edge and magic guard, but it doesnt learn double edge via egg move or by lvl, the only way is the transfer of emerald /FR/LF tutor to the ds versions, or there is another way it can learn double egde in the ds version?

Clefairy's had a 50% of having it's ability change upon evolution.

i know , but i mean of the move double edge, since i nthe UU section there is a wall breaker clefeable but in the ds version it cant learn that move or there is another way to get one?( with double edge + magic guard)

Teach it to Clefairy, transfer it, and hope it evolves into a Clefable with Magic Guard, assuming what PK Gaming has said is true, that would be the only way to do it.

Gaming answered it in a round about way. You to teach it to clefairy in gen 3 and trede it over.
