oh fuck oh god oh shit scoopapa clean sweeps

Pokemon: Ninetales
Roles: Special Sweeper ( Nasty Plot, Calm Mind ), Sun Abuser
Type:

Abilities: Flash Fire / Limber | Flower Gift (HA)
Stats: 80 / 75 / 65 / 100 / 85 / 100 | 500 BST
Movepool Additions: Moonblast, Play Rough, Power Gem, Moonlight, Extreme Speed
Movepool Removals: Energy Ball, Hypnosis, Psyshock
Justification: Ninetales is a powerful sweeper that can set up on the likes of Rotom and defensive Galvantula, and kill physical walls quite easily with its coverage. Fire Blast and Moonblast are strong STABs, especially when boosted by Nasty Plot. Flash Fire and Limber let it deal with priority status moves from Rotom, while Flower Gift gives it much better setup opportunities in the sun. Dragalge handles it pretty well, and Unaware Ludicolo shuts it down.

Pokemon: Pupitar ( Eviolite Compatible )
Roles: Physical Sweeper ( Dragon Dance, Rock Polish, Curse ), Status Absorber, Stealth Rock setter
Type:

Abilities: Shed Skin | Guts (HA)
Stats: 90 / 110 / 100 / 50 / 60 / 60 | 485 BST
Justification: With very good Eviolite-boosted bulk, Dragon Dance, and the great EdgeQuake STAB combo, Pupitar has opportunities to pull off late game sweeps. The status-based abilities and Ground typing means it will not be stopped by priority status from Rotom. Its typing lets it beat Crobat, Dragalge, and Rotom pretty easily, but it will be walled by the defensive Grass types.
Welcome to the halfway point! With that it's time for our next slate:

Slate 5: 1 Wallbreaker, 1 Offensive Pivot, 1 Free Slot
A bit of a zany slate but we're lacking these

Name of the Pokemon: Farfetch'd
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Hazard Removal Deterrant
Type: Fighting / Flying
Abilities: Defiant / Sniper | Sap Sipper
Stats: 75 HP / 115 Atk / 85 Def / 45 SpA / 55 SpD / 95 Spe (BST 470)
Movepool Distribution: Cross Chop, Smart Strike, Sacred Sword
Justification: Farfetch'd is a solid wallbreaker with access to excellent dual STAB and Swords Dance. Its not as fast as its penguin partner though, and suffers from a pitiful special bulk, but Stick + Sniper should give it plenty of kick

Name of the Pokemon: Togedemaru
Role(s): Offensive Pivot
Type: Fairy / Bug
Abilities: Regenerator
Stats: 95 HP / 98 Atk / 63 Def / 40 SpA / 75 SpD / 106 Spe (BST 477)
Movepool Additions: Play Rough
Movepool Removals: Zing Zap, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Justification: Togedemaru with access to Regenerator and an interesting defensive typing allows it to serve as a great pivot.

Name of the Pokemon: Wailord
Role(s): Defensive Wall, Wish Passer
Type: Water / Flying
Abilities: Oblivious / Pressure
Stats: 140 HP / 65 Atk / 70 Def / 88 SpA / 82 SpD / 55 Spe (BST 500)
Movepool Additions: Wish, Air Slash, Hurricane, Roost
Justification: Stall teams need a Wish passer, so here comes Wailord and saviour. Water / Flying is an interesting defensive typing which allows it to wall the various fighting types of the tier. Its massive electric weakness however is probably its biggest downfall.

Pokemon: Scolipede
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Trapper (Pursuit), Hazards, Choice Band
Type: Bug/Dark
Abilities: Battle Armor / Tangled Feet | Regenerator
Stats: 60 / 105 / 90 / 55 / 85 / 115 (510 BST)
Movepool Additions: Taunt, Parting Shot
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Toxic Spikes, Swords Dance
Justification: An invaluable asset for teams that want to get rid of Rotom, and generally a self sustainable and very fast offensive pivot that hits hard with Megahorn. Unfortunately its best Dark STAB (outside of Pursuit) is Throat Chop, so it will generally be spamming Megahorn. Beaten by Crobat and beats Torterra, but can't switch in on it at all. Also, it doesn't exactly always beat Rotom either, as its a mindgame between Pursuiting on a switch or Throat Chopping on a Volt Switch.

Pokemon: Oranguru
Roles: Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker, OTR
Type: Psychic
Abilities: Inner Focus / Analytic | Immunity
Stats: 115 / 40 / 70 / 125 / 80 / 40 (470 BST)
Movepool Removals: Focus Blast, Nasty Plot
Justification: A special wallbreaker that has no defensive counters at the moment (because all of our steels are frail and our special wall is weak to it) that just slaps anything it wants to with fat Psychics. However we will eventually have dark-types and fat specially defensive mons that can take a hit, not to mention that offense beats it as long as it isn't OTR.

Pokemon: Murkrow (Eviolite Compatible)
Roles: Set-up Sweeper, Stallbreaker, Offensive Pivot. Hazard Control
Type: Dark / Flying
Abilities: Early Bird / Pickpocket | Berserk
Stats: 65 / 101 / 45 / 86 / 45 / 118 (440 BST)
Movepool Additions: Nasty Plot, Hurricane
Movepool Removals: Brave Bird
Justification: A very fast yet frail sweeper than can boost on both ends- Z-Mirror Move for physical attack and Nasty Plot on the special side. Also, as the first dark type, it's the only physical attacker not invalidated by Rotom, albeit it cannot hard-switch into it. Also has stallbreaking capabilities with Eviolite, Taunt, and Roost alongside Calm Mind/Nasty Plot to deconstruct stall. Beaten by anything that can hit it back, Dragalge, Null's Bullet Punch, and the super epic Quick Feet Galvantula. Also puts something in the massive 19 speed gap between Galvantula and Dugtrio.

Pokemon: Regice
Roles: Stallbreaker, Special Wall (Free slot)
Type: Ice
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 105 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 165 / 80 (575 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover
Movepool Removals: Focus Blast, Rock Polish, Thunderbolt, Thunder
Justification: Regice is similar to base Kyurem in OU, being that of a pressure stall that can beat several pokemon through usage of substitute and reliable recovery. With this spread Regice should be able to stall out Ludicolo's Hydro Pumps and Focus Blasts pretty easily, obviously beat the dragons, and potentially even some crobat variants. Loses to the Steels and Ninetales

Name of the Pokemon: Krookodile
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Stealth Rock, Pursuit, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities: Intimidate | Sand Veil
Stat Distribution: 95/115/85/50/50/95 | 490
Movepool Additions: Swords Dance
Justification: A powerful wallbreaker thanks to a great STAB combination and an access to powerful STAB moves in Knock Off and Earthquake. Also Krookodile brings a lot of utility because of its ability to come freely on Rotom as well as its access to useful move in Stealth Rock, and Pursuit. It's also bulky enough to take neutral hits and can serve as an offensive check to Pupitar. Krookodile can also serves as a good Choice Scarf user thanks to its powerful Pursuit and good speed tier.

Krookodile @ Life Orb / Darkinium Z

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off

Type:

Abilities: Cute Charm | Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 84/90/84/59/84/119 | 500
Movepool Additions: Pursuit
Justification: Purugly is a very fast attacker that outspeed the whole neutral tier outside of Dugtrio-A. Thanks to Regenerator, U-turn and respectable bulk Purugly can act as a great offensive pivot. It has access to useful move in Taunt, Pursuit, U-turn, Knock Off, Sucker Punch and Fake Out. Purugly's STAB combination is only resisted by Ninetales but due to its medium Attack stat, I doubt it will be a problem for most teams.

Movepool Additions: Air Slash, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt-Switch, Thunder Wave, Hurricane
Movepool Removals: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Dragon Dance
Justification: Great pivot with a great defensive and offensive typing. It can support Ludicolo and Dragalge well as well as dealing with Dugtrio, Crobat and Torterra. It also has a great support movepool with Volt Switch, Defog and Roost as well as a great offensive one with Hurricane and Thunder boosted by the Rain.

Name of the Pokemon: Flareon
Roles: Wallbreaker, Set-Up Sweeper, Choice Band, Choice Scarf, Priority, Offensive Pivot
Type:
/

Abilities: Flame Body / Overcoat / Reckless
Stat Distribution: 90 / 100 / 75 / 55 / 60 / 90 (470 BST)
Movepool Additions: Swords Dance, Blaze Kick, U-turn
Movepool Removals: Superpower
Justification: An SD sweeper that distinguishes itself from Type: Null due to its Fire-typing and Reckless, as well as higher speed, and a solid user of Choice items as well. Reckless works well in combination with its two main STABs, Flare Blitz and Double-Edge, which cover every pokemon neutrally so far. Fire-type also means that Rotom's wisp is shit against this. Alternatively, if you wanna preserve your HP, the weaker but safer Blaze Kick is a neat STAB as well. U-turn can also be nice on a Choice set to deal with bulky pokes. Despite its power, however, Flareon is heavily reliant on recoil moves for its main power, and that in combination with entry hazards and other chip damage can lead to it dying quickly. Its defensive typing is also awful, leaving it weak to pokes like Dugtrio-A (if it doesn't hit it on the switch with Fire STAB), Crobat, Pupitar, and offensive Ludicolo and low special bulk in general means it is vulnerable to other pokes like Galvantula, Rotom's Electric moves, and Choice Specs Dragalge. Lastly, its speed is mediocre for sweeping, leaving it outsped by threating attackers like Galvantula, Rotom and Ninetales. (FYI, if run with Drought support, good luck trying to switch in to this)

Name of the Pokemon: Weavile
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Pursuit Trapper, Set-Up Sweeper, Choice Band, Choice Scarf
Type:
/

Abilities: Pressure / Justified / Technician
Stat Distribution: 80 / 110 / 85 / 40 / 70 / 90 (475 BST)
Movepool Additions: U-turn
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance,
Justification: A great offensive pivot thanks to a good Attack stat with a great offensive typing that lets it take care of threats like Torterra, Dragalge if weakened enough, and the little fucker Rotom, which can only Volt Switch out on this, and a phenomenal offensive ability in Technician, which makes Ice Shard a solid cleaning tool, and Pursuit a very feared move for Ghost-types and frail pokemon, as well as being able to use a move never seen competitively in Bite. Hone Claws can also turn this into a threatening sweeper, easily defeating all of our walls. Unfortunately its typing is horrid defensively, and there are multiple pokemon that can easily KO it, especially Ninetales and Type: Null. Its speed is also quite low, so it has to rely on Choice Scarf or Ice Shard for speed control. Lastly, even with HC, it’ll still be beaten by faster pokes and priority users like Null, Duggy and Galv.

Name of the Pokemon: Armaldo
Roles: Hazard Control (Rapid Spin), Hazards, Assault Vest User, Rain Abuser
Type:
/

Abilities: Rough Skin / Swift Swim
Stat Distribution: 94 / 95 / 118 / 45 / 70 / 68 (490 BST)
Movepool Additions: Leech Life, Lunge, Waterfall
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Hone Claws, Rock Blast, Liquidation
Justification: This meta doesn't have any Rapid Spinners at the moment, so let's add one. Armaldo has a surprisingly useful offensive typing, being able to hit all but one pokemon super effectively with its STAB combo. Its great physical bulk allows it to switch on many physical attackers like Type: Null before an SD, Dugtrio, and Pupitar and retaliate with EQ. Rough Skin allows Armaldo to rack up huge damage on users of contact moves like Type: Null and Torterra, paving the way for late-game sweepers to clean the rest of the team. like If you prefer a more offensive role, Swift Swim can be used as well in tandem with Ludicolo for a powerful offensive core, which defeats most walls due to Ludicolo being special and Armaldo being physical. This leads into a guessing game as to what set Armaldo is running, as it could easily have either of the two abilities. Unfortunately, its typing is not as good defensively as it is offensively, being weak to many common offensive pokemon like Ludicolo and Ninetales, as well as many special attackers due to its lower special bulk. Its speed is also low without a Swift Swim boost, meaning many faster threats can deal with it. Lastly, its attack, while good, can't be boosted outside of items, which means physically defensive pokemon like Torterra and Crobat can take a hit and retaliate.

Name of the Pokemon: Lunatone
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Stallbreaker ( Cosmic Power / Stored Power ), Defog
Type:

Abilities: Synchronize | Regenerator (HA)
Stat Distribution: 100 / 50 / 50 / 110 / 80 / 90 ( 480 BST)
Movepool Additions: Stored Power, Dark Pulse, Volt Switch, Thundebolt, Flash Cannon, Defog
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind, Stealth Rock
Justification: A pivot with Assault Vest or Specs that can check offensive Ludicolo and counter Rotom and Dragalge, although it can't deal with Galvantula or Ninetales very well. It should be a solid check to any special attackers who aren't Fairy or Bug type, though. It could mess around with things like Defog or Future Sight, as well as Cosmic Power / Stored Power, but I think the low Def and typing will make Max Spe offensive sets more appealing.

Name of the Pokemon: Furret
Roles: Wallbreaker (Mixed), Stallbreaker ( Coil, Calm Mind ), Trick Room abuser
Type:

Abilities: Frisk / Rattled | Mold Breaker (HA)
Stat Distribution: 105 / 105 / 60 / 105 / 60 / 50 ( 485 BST)
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Aura Sphere,
Movepool Removals: Knock Off, Helping Hand
Justification: A super versatile attacker with strong physical STABs and utility moves, and a zoo of special coverage moves. Its bulk isn't that great uninvested ( and it needs Speed EVs to outspeed many walls ), but it could be enough to support stallbreaker sets with Coil or Calm Mind. A mixed Life Orb set can spam Close Combat while keeping Ice Beam in store for Torterra. Rattled works perfectly with its typing and lets max Spe sets serve a better role vs. offense.

Name of the Pokemon: Lampent ( Eviolite compatible )
Roles: Special Sweeper, Choice Scarf, Stallbreaker
Type:

Ability: Flare Boost
Stat Distribution: 50 / 80 / 50 / 110 / 50 / 110 ( 445 BST)
Movepool Additions: Flash Cannon,
Movepool Removals: Energy Ball, Calm Mind
Justification: A fast glass cannon that can launch strong special attacks, and has a godly defensive type to offset its 50/50/50 defenses. However, it's not going to clean sweep as long as Dugtrio, CB Type: Null, or a Scarf user are present on the opposing team, and its STABs are only 80 BP, meaning it shouldn't just run around OHKOing full health pokemon or be uncounterable.

Pokemon: Honchkrow
Roles: Wallbreaker, Pursuit trapper, Stallbreaker (Taunt), Priority (Sucker Punch), Choice Band
Type: Dark/Flying
Abilities: Insomnia / Super Luck / Merciless
Stats: 77 / 102 / 61 / 64 / 105 / 94 | 508 BST
Movepool Additions: Poison Fang
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: A wallbreaker with a useful offensive typing that allows it to hit Torterra, Crobat, Ludicolo, and Rotom for Super Effective damage. It can be paired effectively with Dragalge, which can spread Poison to enemies, allowing Honchkrow to deal amazing damage thanks to Merciless. Pursuit, Taunt, and Sucker Punch are all useful utility options that allow Honchkrow to revenge kill weakened pokemon and cripple passive pokemon. However, Honchkrow is limited by 4MSS thanks to the variety of moves it needs to be fully effective. Pupitar, Ninetales, Galvantula, and Dugtrio are all capable of handling it well in most scenarios, but Pupitar has to be careful of getting it's Eviolite/Flame Orb knocked off. Honchkrow can use many items, including Choice Band, Life Orb, or even Flyinium Z for Z-Mirror Move.

Pokemon: Silvally
Roles: Offensive pivot, Choice Scarf
Type: Fighting
Abilities: Competitive / Trace
Stats: 70 / 84 / 74 / 114 / 78 / 84 | 504 BST
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Aura Sphere
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Pursuit
Justification: An excellent Choice Scarf user because of high SpA, a good speed tier at +1, and a variety of coverage. However, Fighting is not a great STAB specially so Silvally has to use the weak Aura Sphere or the unreliable Focus Blast. Because of this, it isn't actually super powerful even with the highest Special Attack in the tier. It can use Competitive to boost it's power from Dugtrio's Intimidate. It can also use Trace to turn around some useful abilities, like Flash Fire Ninetales, Intimidate Dugtrio, Tinted Lens Type: Null, Fluffy Galvantula, and even Prankster Rotom. It can choose to pivot with either Parting Shot or U-turn, but ironically, Parting Shot becomes a lot worse because of opposing Competitive Silvally.

Name of the Pokemon: Kyurem
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Ice
Abilities: Pressure
Stat Distribution: 95/80/90/110/90/85 (550)
Movepool Additions: Freeze-Dry
Movepool Removals: Roost, Earth Power, Focus Blast
Justification: Ice STAB is somewhat spammable in this meta, with Ninetales and Type: Null being the only Ice resists in the metagame and with Type: Null being pretty frail. I removed the Dragon typing because it doesn't really add much here and we already have two of those, they both hit the same things and the only real negative is that you may miss Draco Meteor getting certain kills.

Name of the Pokemon: Gallade
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Choice Scarf
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Abilities: Steadfast / Justified
Stat Distribution: 65/95/65/65/95/100 (485)
Movepool Additions: U-Turn
Movepool Removals: Ice Punch, Knock Off, Swords Dance
Justification: This version of Gallade might make for a pretty solid Choice Scarf user. A good offensive STAB combo as well as access to U-Turn could make it pose a good offensive threat, although it still has counters. It loses pretty hard to Torterra and does pretty poorly against Rotom, but it does pretty well against offense as long as it locks into the right move.

Been ages since I've had to sub for something like this, most other mods I've subbed in recently aren't the most strict on balancing because of either being new or something else. It's also been forever since I've played Pokemon at all minus like three games. Let me know if anything here is too good or bad. Might also post the free slot one later but idk.

Feels a tad too slow for what it is- Seeing as it doesn't have the bulk nor speed to really exert enough pressure to ever set up or fire off attacks, I'd say a boost in speed would do it some good (even just up to 90 to always outspeed Null).

Name of the Pokemon: Togedemaru
Role(s): Offensive Pivot
Type: Steel / Bug
Abilities: Regenerator
Stats: 65 HP / 98 Atk / 63 Def / 40 SpA / 75 SpD / 106 Spe (BST 447)
Movepool Removals: Wish, Zing Zap, Thunderbolt
Justification: Togedemaru with access to Regenerator and a great defensive typing allows it to serve as a great pivot. I removed Wish because I feel Toge would slip into more defensive builds.
Honestly, all this checks is the dragons and has a phenomenally poor STAB combo against the other 2 physical walls. It can kind of attempt to come in on Ludicolo but then you're risking a burn. Pupitar is maybe favorable but any degree of boosting on it will punch through.

Name of the Pokemon: Wailord
Role(s): Defensive Wall, Wish Passer
Type: Water / Flying
Abilities: Oblivious / Pressure
Stats: 140 HP / 65 Atk / 60 Def / 88 SpA / 62 SpD / 55 Spe (BST 470)
Movepool Additions: Wish, Air Slash, Hurricane
Justification: Stall teams need a Wish passer, so here comes Wailord and saviour. Water / Flying is an interesting defensive typing which allows it to wall the various fighting types of the tier. Its massive electric weakness however is probably its biggest downfall.
Give this roost please, roost+wish is unironically better than wish+protect and will allow this to actually function. At the moment all it really seems to do is beat Crobat for bulkier teams and unboosted Nintales. A bit more bulk would help a lot for it to pivot around or maybe add Defog so it can have some more utility.

It also has a great support movepool with Volt Switch, Defog and Roost as well as a great offensive one with Hurricane and Thunder boosted by the Rain.

Your other 2 look good but Altaria looks too good- it has 2 amazing 110 BP STABs, provides Rain for Ludicolo, and would probably just turn Alt+Ludi into the best core ever. And it's weak to a whole lot of nothing so far, outside of kind of being checked by Dragalge. Anything else gets ruined by Flying+Electric+Water coverage.

Its speed is also quite low, so it has to rely on Choice Scarf or Ice Shard for speed control.
I can't imagine this pivoting much with how quickly it will be worn down- I think it's much better as a Scizor-type Technician Priority spammer. Giving it either Hone Claws or Swords Dance back also would likely make it more functional, or at least not exclusively use Choice Band, as it's still beaten by Null, Dugtrio, and Galv. Maybe reduce bulk a bit if you do add it back.

Name of the Pokemon: Thundurus-Therian
Roles: Wall Breaker ( Choice Band, Swords Dance ), Choice Scarf, Defog
Type:

Abilities: Levitate
Stat Distribution: 75 / 125 / 85 / 70 / 60 / 75 ( 490 BST)
Movepool Additions: Plasma Fists, Liquidation, Megahorn, Surf, Swords Dance
Justification: An Electric-type wallbreaker with some great coverage moves and a very high Atk stat. Megahorn/U-turn handles Torterra and Ludicolo, but leaves Dragalge as a counter. Rotom is a decent check but has to watch out for Knock Off. Its best switch-in opportunity is vs. Dugtrio, which might salvage its poor matchup vs. offense. Otherwise it threatens just about everything if it can predict right.
Ehhh, when your only defensive counter is Dragalge, which has no form of recovery, this is kind of scary. On offense it's beaten easily enough after taking some damage but very few things can actually take it out from full. Sounds like it kind of just demolishes bulk if paired with Pupitar

Mention that it's also a stallbreaker because this will run some zany sub-protect set most likely (Ice Beam/Freeze Dry/Sub/Protect with lefties) which allows it to stall out opponent's supereffective coverage and beat them that way. Giving it Calm Mind would give it the full Suicune experience tho)

Mainly good because Psychic STAB is broken at the moment, if it ever falls off it's easy enough to buff so no issue at the moment

Winners:

G-Luke wins wallbreaker with Farfetched

Tuther's Purugly is the offensive pivot

Name of the Pokemon: Purugly
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Priority (Sucker Punch, Fake Out), Pursuit, Set up (Hone Claws)

RegenVest
Purugly @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Play Rough
- U-turn
- Sucker Punch / Pursuit

All Out Attacker

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt / Pursuit / Fake Out / Hone Claws
Kyurem is also here

Name of the Pokemon: Kyurem
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Ice
Abilities: Pressure
Stat Distribution: 95/80/90/110/90/85 (550)
Movepool Additions: Freeze-Dry
Movepool Removals: Roost, Earth Power, Focus Blast
Justification: Ice STAB is somewhat spammable in this meta, with Ninetales and Type: Null being the only Ice resists in the metagame and with Type: Null being pretty frail. I removed the Dragon typing because it doesn't really add much here and we already have two of those, they both hit the same things and the only real negative is that you may miss Draco Meteor getting certain kills.

Name of the Pokemon: Probopass
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Stealth Rock
Type:

Abilities: Levitate
Stat Distribution: 80/50/130/80/130/35 | 505
Justification: Probopass has an interesting defensive typing which allows it to wall Ground and Electric-types. Probopass has access to several support moves in Stealth Rock and (slow) Volt-Switch to help its team. Thanks to its very high bulk paired with an immunity to Spikes and resistances to Stealth Rock Probopass can come several time on the field to take on opposing threats. Probopass main problems are its lack of reliable recovery, weakness to Water and Grass-types (Ludicolo and Torterra), and susceptibility to Toxic.
Defensive Pivot
Probopass @ Leftovers / Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Volt Switch
- Toxic
- Earth Power

Name of the Pokemon: Komala
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Rapid Spin, Bulk Up, Wish Passer, Offensive Pivot
Type:

Abilities:
Comatose
Movepool Additions: Slack Off, Body Slam
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Earthquake
Stat Distribution: 90/100/65/50/115/50 | 470
Justification: Komala is a very versatile Pokémon thanks to its great movepool. It can Spin, Wish pass and absorb status for its team. It can also act as a more offensive Pokémon with Bulk Up or offensive investment. Komala is great against most defensive team that will struggle to break through it and its Wishes. However Komala struggles with almost every physical attackers which makes it less good against more offensive teams that can use VoltSwitch to force Komala in and then threaten it with a physical wallbreaker.
Defensive Pivot
Komala @ Leftovers
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Slack Off
- Rapid Spin / Wish
- U-turn
- Knock Off / Body Slam

Assault Vest
Komala @ Assault Vest
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam
- U-turn
- Fake Out
- Knock Off

Bulk Up
Komala @ Leftovers
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Body Slam
- Knock Off
- Bulk Up
- Slack Off

Name of the Pokemon: Dunsparce
Role(s): Physical Wall, Stealth Rock
Type:

Abilities:
Intimidate, Rattled | Serene Grace
Stat Distribution: 110/90/80/60/50/20 | 450
Movepool Additions: Earth Power, Pluck
Movepool Removal: Glare, Coil, Curse
Custom Elements: Pluck is now a Flying-type Knock Off clone.
Justification: Dunsparce is a great physical wall due to its great bulk, typing (able to check pupitar, dugtrio, type null), ability and moveset (pluck, roost and sr mainly).
Defensive
Dunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Pluck

Name of the Pokemon: Groudon-Primal
Role(s): Special Wall, Stealth Rock, Phaze, Physical Attacker
Type:

Abilities:
Desolate Land
Stat Distribution: 80/80/70/70/80/70 | 450
Movepool Additions: Morning Sun
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Punch, Solar Beam, Rock Polish
Justification: Groudon is a very threatening Wall due to its incredible defensive typing and correct bulk paired with a very good recovery in Morning Sun under Harsh Sun. Groudon still struggles against Ninetales which can 2HKO with Fire Blast at +2 under Harsh Sun. Groudon is still weak to physical wallbreaker, since it doesn't resist their STAB and normal way to deal with wall such as Taunt or Toxic still works.
Defensive
Groudon-Primal @ Leftovers
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Morning Sun
- Earthquake
- Lava Plume

Offensive

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Morning Sun

Name of the Pokemon: Hydreigon
Role(s): Special Wall, Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes)
Type: Dark / Poison
Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 75 HP / 65 Atk / 71 Def / 85 SpA / 119 SpD / 65 Spe [BST 480]
Movepool Distribution: Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Toxic Spikes, Baneful Bunker, Knock Off
Movepool Removals: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Defog, Head Smash, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Surf, Taunt
Justification: A nice specially defensive option to pair with Crobat, with great SpD, Roost for recovery, and Levitate granting it an immunity to its sole weakness. It is very passive though, so it has that going against it.

Name of the Pokemon: Wailord
Role(s): Defensive Wall, Wish Passer
Type: Water / Flying
Abilities: Oblivious / Pressure
Stats: 140 HP / 65 Atk / 70 Def / 88 SpA / 82 SpD / 55 Spe (BST 500)
Movepool Additions: Wish, Air Slash, Hurricane, Roost
Justification: Stall teams need a Wish passer, so here comes Wailord and saviour. Water / Flying is an interesting defensive typing which allows it to wall the various fighting types of the tier. Its massive electric weakness however is probably its biggest downfall.

Name of the Pokemon: Heracross
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Stealth Rock user
Type: Bug / Ghost
Abilities: Poison Heal / Cursed Body
Stats: 75 HP / 95 Atk / 105 Def / 44 SpA / 73 SpD / 75 Spe (BST 467)
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock, U-turn, Shadow Sneak, Will O Wisp
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Close Combat, Superpower, Megahorn
Justification: Stealth Rock user with an interesting defensive typing and ability to pivot in on status moves. A resistance to a decent variety of types also gives it room to flex. Weakness to Farfetch'd and Ninetales severely hampers its success though, in addition to its rock weakness.

Name of the Pokemon: Jigglypuff (Eviolite Compatible)
Role(s): Special Defensive Pivot, Rapid Spinner
Type: Normal / Psychic
Abilities: Puff Up*
Fluffy clone: Halves damage of all moves with secondary effects. Doubles damage of all Rock type attacks
Stats: 70 HP / 45 Atk / 78 Def / 85 SpA / 58 SpD / 50 Spe (BST 386)
Movepool Additions: Rapid Spin, Psyshock, Taunt, Pain Split
Movepool Removals: Wish, Calm Mind, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
Justification: Jiggles is probs one of the best tanks in the game, so there is that. With Eviolite and Puff Up, it can withstand alot of punishment. With Pain Split as its only form of recovery however, and a lack of its ridiculoys coverage, its offensive capacities is greatly neutered.

Name of the Pokemon: Azumarill
Roles: Physical Wall, Trapper (Whirlpool)
Type:
/

Abilities: Cute Charm / Sap Sipper
Stats: 100 / 50 / 80 / 50 / 60 / 50 (390 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover
Movepool Removals: Play Rough, Belly Drum, Perish Song
Justification: A great wall that can check various threats such as Ludicolo, Torterra, and +0 Type: Null due to its abilities and great physical bulk, respectively, as well as reliable recovery. Its typing however leaves it weak to foes like Farfetch'd, Galvantula, and Rotom, as well as it being very passive and vulnerable to Taunt users.

Name of the Pokemon: Virizion
Roles: Special Wall, Phazer, Special Attacker
Type:
/

Abilities: Justified / Natural Cure
Stats: 90 / 84 / 73 / 90 / 120 / 83 (540 BST)
Movepool Additions: Leech Seed, Aura Sphere, Spiky Shield, Strength Sap
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Justification: A nice wall that can deal with foes like Pupitar, Type: Null and Dugtrio and take them out using its STAB moves or phaze them out with Roar. It can also annoy defensive pokemon with its newly acquired combination of Leech Seed + Sub, or offset its lower physical bulk with Spiky Shield and Strength Sap. An offensive set is not out of the question either, as it still retains decent bulk and can catch supposed checks like Kyurem and Purugly by surprise. Unfortunately, while Virizion's bulk is great, its typing is not, leaving it weak to many foes including Ninetales, Farfetch'd, Purugly and Kyurem.

Name of the Pokemon: Magearna
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Assault Vest, Cleric, Offensive Pivot, Trick Room
Type:
/

Abilities: Clear Body
Stats: 80 / 60 / 90 / 85 / 100 / 50 (465 BST)
Movepool Additions: Rest, Sleep Talk, Moonblast, Heal Bell
Movepool Removals: Aura Sphere, Fleur Cannon, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Shift Gear
Justification: Thanks to one of the best defensive typings ever, along with great bulk, Magearna is a great defensive pivot that can wall many threats such as Torterra, Dragalge, Purugly, Kyurem, and Type: Null. Like in vanilla, it can use Assault Vest to great success, and even retains its Grass-coverage for Ground-types like Pupitar and Dugtrio that think they can block Mage's Volt Switch. It also has Heal Bell to act as a cleric for the team, especially since CS is lacking one. However, most of its useful coverage has been taken away, most notably Fighting-coverage for Steels, and Thunderbolt for Waters, meaning more pokemon can switch in on it and wall it. It also is weak to pokes like Ninetales and Dugtrio, which isn't helped by its mostly useless ability.

Name of the Pokemon: Incineroar
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Offensive Pivot, Choice Band
Type:
/

Abilities: Flame Body / Pickpocket / Mold Breaker
Stats: 75 / 100 / 108 / 65 / 75 / 67 (490 BST)
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Sucker Punch, Slack Off
Movepool Removals: Flare Blitz, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Superpower, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake
Justification: Designed to be the counterpart to Ninetales, Incineroar has an interesting defensive typing and recovery in the form of Slack Off that lets it deal with foes like Torterra, Purugly, and Kyurem. Mold Breaker lets it get around Galvantula's Fluffy, and Dark-type means Rotom's Will-O-Wisp is useless against this. Parting Shot lets it cripple opposing pokemon like Type: Null, Pupitar, Ninetales, and Farfetch'd, and Sucker Punch is a neat tool for offensive sets to circumvent its low speed. Unfortunately, it loses valuable coverage moves such as Earthquake for Pupitar and Ninetales, Thunder Punch for Farfetch'd, and Fighting coverage for Type: Null, meaning those pokemon can deal with it easily. It also has its only sweeping option reduced to Work Up.
