[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Band Meowscarada is a powerful offensive pivot that excels at using its high Speed and Protean-boosted attacks to force progress against the enemy team. Knock Off will generally be Meowscarada's most used move due to its high power and ability to force progress through item removal. Flower Trick is Meowscarada's strongest attack, and its ability to always land a critical hit is very useful against foes that boost Defense, such as Dondozo, Curse Garganacl, and Bulk Up Great Tusk. With a Choice Band, Meowscarada has a good chance to OHKO offensive Great Tusk with Flower Trick. U-turn is great for grabbing momentum against Pokemon Meowscarada threatens out, such as Ting-Lu, Hydreigon, and Roaring Moon. Sucker Punch lets Meowscarada snipe faster foes such as Dragapult and Choice Scarf Gholdengo. Alternatively, Play Rough is an option that lets Meowscarada do great damage to Dragonite, which otherwise takes little from Meowscarada's attacks. Play Rough also allows Meowscarada to score an OHKO against Baxcalibur. Thunder Punch is a niche option to hit Corviknight and Tera Flying Pokemon super effectively. Low Kick may also potentially be used to OHKO Kingambit and Baxcalibur. Both Tera Dark and Tera Grass are good options to boost the power of Meowscarada's STAB moves to enormous levels. For example, Tera Grass enables Meowscarada to OHKO Clodsire most of the time, while Tera Dark Knock Off easily OHKOes standard bulky Cinderace. Tera Fairy is a niche option that boosts the power of Play Rough and can help Meowscarada avoid being revenge killed by priority such as Mach Punch from Breloom and Ice Shard from Baxcalibur, allowing it to OHKO them in return.

Choice Band Meowscarda's unique blend of speed and power lets it act as both a wallbreaker and pivot on offensive teams. In particular, Meowscarada's U-turn support couples well with powerful but frail wallbreakers such as Iron Valiant, Choice Specs Dragapult, and Choice Specs Hisuian Zoroark by giving them free entry onto the battlefield. Hisuian Zoroark can also take advantage of Illusion and its immunity-laden typing to disguise itself as Meowscarada, which may force guesswork from the opponent and give it even more opportunities to fire off its strong attacks. Since Meowscarada forces many switches and can remove Heavy-Duty Boots through Knock Off, entry hazard support from Great Tusk, Ting-Lu, and Garchomp is highly recommended. Gholdengo is another good partner that can prevent attempts to remove entry hazards while also switching into Pokemon that threaten out Meowscarada, such as Breloom, Amoonguss, and Corviknight. In return, Gholdengo appreciates Meowscarada's ability to deal with Clodsire, Ting-Lu and Tera Water Garganacl. Kingambit is a great Pokemon that can serve as a late-game cleaner after Meowscarada has weakened an enemy team with U-turn and Knock Off. Dragon Dance Dragonite is another great cleaner that, like Kingambit, appreciates Meowscarada's ability to break past Dondozo.

QC ready, but I have a suggestion to make:

I think Brick Break > Thunder Punch should be considered for the third slash on the 4th moveslot. Toxapex can barely switch into CB Meow Flower Trick as it is, but giving it an option to really smack Kingambit (a far better and more threatening Pokemon) on the switch is way better imo.

252 Atk Choice Band Meowscarada Flower Trick vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Toxapex on a critical hit: 127-150 (41.7 - 49.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock, 1 layer of Spikes, and Leftovers recovery

Flower Trick is Meowscarada's strongest attack, and its ability to always land a critical hit is very useful against foes that boost Defense, such as Dondozo, Curse Garganacl, and Bulk Up Great Tusk. U-turn is great for grabbing momentum against Bug-weak Pokemon such as Ting-Lu and Roaring Moon (Might be better to mention Pokemon that Meowscarada threatens overall and not just Bug weak. Regardless you can add Hydreigon here). Sucker Punch lets Meowscarada snipe faster foes such as Dragapult and Choice Scarf Gholdengo. Alternatively, Play Rough is an option that lets Meowscarada do great damage to Dragonite and Breloom, who otherwise take little from Meowscarada's attacks (Breloom gets 2HKO by Flower Trick, so this part might be a bit misleading. Try to rework it to make emphasis o Dragonite, and then you can mention Breloom alongside other Pokemon Play Rough OHKOs such as Baxcalibur, Walking Wake, and Garchomp). Thunder Punch is a niche option to hit Toxapex super effectively (main use of Thunder Punch is to hit Corviknight, not Toxapex. Other Pokemon you can mention are Tera Flying Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Alomomola). Choice Band grants Meowscarda great power on its attacks, giving it a good chance to OHKO offensive Great Tusk with Flower Trick. Both Tera Dark and Tera Grass are good options to boost the power of Meowscarada's STAB moves to enormous levels (You may want to mention some calcs here. For example Tera Grass lets you OHKO Clodsire, while Dark nails Bulky Cinderace). Tera Fairy is a niche option that boosts the power of Play Rough and can help Meowscarada avoid being revenge killed by priority such as Mach Punch from Breloom and Ice Shard from Baxcalibur, and OHKO them in return.

Feel free to mention Low Kick as an alternative in the 4th slot that OHKOs Kingambit and Baxcalibur. I would keep it as a mention instead of a slash since Thunder Punch hitting Corvi is big.

Choice Band Meowscarada's high power and Speed lets it fit on offensive teams. In particular, Meowscarada's U-turn support couples well with powerful but frail wallbreakers such as Iron Valiant and Choice Specs Hisuian Zoroark by giving them free entry onto the battlefield. (Choice Specs Dragapult is another good partner that also threatens these Pokemon. Might be worth reworking the above sentence to fit it if possible. Also in return Gholdengo and Dragapult appreciate Meowscarada's ability to deal with Clodsire, Ting-Lu and Tera Water Garganacl) Finally, Kingambit is a great Pokemon that can serve as a late game cleaner after Meowscarada has weakened an enemy team with U-turn and Knock Off. (Might be worth mentioning Dragon Dance Dragonite as well. It and Kingambit also appreciate Meowscarada's ability to break pass Dondozo)
