These are the two options I think suit the theme the best while also doing something original other than trying to just make a "singing poison dragon".
Chillie's Train Dragon manages to be really evocative of both its typing, and a wholly new concept for a Pokémon that isn't merely trying to mash together disparate ideas.
Yokaiju's, while less in-your-face about its visual inspiration, has an incredible amount of really fresh personality, while still in-keeping with the Pokémon style.
