Team Job: Yanmega is this teams Sleep Inducer, Lead and a good sweeper. Becouse of Tinted Lens, he can't hit really low. Bug Buzz and Air Slash have decent type coverage and the last move is filler.​

Team Job: Lucario is the main Psychical Sweeper in this team, comes in, SD on a switch and CC and ES things to death, the last move is probobly better off with Crunch, however Bullet Punch was word to being said.​

Team Job: heatran is the best Special Sweeper in this team. It's quite bulky, so it can switch in more often. Overheat for quick kills, Flamethrower when i got a Flash Fire or when i'm going to sweep longer, EP and DP for type coverage.​

Timid | Natural Cure

Team Job: Starmie is this teams Rapid Spinner, since there are a lot of SR weaks in this team. T- Bolt for Gyarados Counter anf Recover to... recover myself. Surf is a helpfull STAB in my team!​

Team Job: Blissey is the teams Cleric. heals with Aromatherapy, Make Sweepers angry with Thunder Wave, Softboiled for healing and Seismic Toss to do at least a little damage. 28 Speed EV's is 24 More than standard Blissey, so if i have a Blissey Vs Blissey [L O L], i'll be faster!​

Team Job: Scyther is Psychical Sweeper without having to set up. The Technician + STAB Aerial Ace is really strong, Pursuit has 60 Base Power, 120 against Scared Enemy's, X- Scissor is a STAB and STRONG attack, Last move is filler, i think Brick Break is better.​

I thought that Pursuit would be 60 or 80 damage with Tech depending if they stay in or not..

I can't stand using a CB on a poke like Scyther just because he has the opportunity to be so versatile. He's fragile, but LO ftw imo.

Since yanmega won't survive anything even with modest, and becouse out of 20 Yanma Eggs i've only had - Speed or - Sp Atk and a Mild... and some neutral. Thats the reason!

First thing first, Garchomp weak. Absolutely nothing can OHKO it on your team. You need an Ice attack on your team to at least threaten it. In this case, I suggest Ice Beam on Starmie as it is the only thing that can outspeed it. Everything else will get ripped as soon as they go into Garchomp. I recommend going with 2 Ice Beamers/Hidden Power Ice pokemons since Yache Berry Garchomp will be a big problem for this team. Garchomp isn't the least of your worries.

Salamence can potentially sweep this team quite easily too, especially a DD variant. After a Dragon Dance, every single pokemon on your team will be OHKO'd, baring perhaps Blissey as long as it doesn't have Brick Break. In general, I think you have problems with Dragons.

You really need more walls to make this team solid. At the moment, I highly recommend Swampert with Roar to replace either Starmie or Scyther. Roar lets you deal with stat-upping pokemons like Garchomp better. Putting Avalanche or Ice Beam on Swampert will me major help. This also allows you to have a solid wall too, just as long as you don't rely on it to take hits too much since the Restalk variant isn't as important right now.

Also, Yanmega should get Choice Scarf seeing how it has Tinted Lens and is Modest. Yanmega is another Pokemon which you should consider HP Ice. With Scarf, it has incredible speed and will hit everything quite hard.

I second what Junior said, except I extend it to all dragons... you have not moves that will hit super effective on dragon types. If your using Lucario why not mix it? Invest a little in SpAtk to surprise?
