This is correct; it works in much the same way as an Eject Button.

The 102 is indicating the base power of the move. This only applies to Frustration and Return since those are the only moves of which the base power is determined by the Pokémons happiness. 102 is the maximum base power you can get, the least is 1 base power.

You lost the match because you went down first. This is not a bug, just a game mechanic.

So ever since the SuMo update certain games have been crashing instantly upon beginning. I believe it's just Mix and Mega games but I'm not sure. As far as I can tell no Gen 7 moves / Pokemon were brought to this battle but can't be sure on that.

I've had exactly the same thing, it appears to be only Mix and Mega, as that is the game Cakemaster67 and I were playing when the crash occurred.

Z-Moves are their own distinct moves, and their base move shouldn't carry over priority, but right now on PS it does.

Kommo-o's Clanging Scales isn't working right in Doubles. Instead of just lowering Defense by 1, it lowers Defense by 1 for each opponent hit. Don't have the games yet so can't confirm that it DOESN'T work that way, but if anything it seems like its going against the attack text.

Kommo-o's signature move Clanging Scales is bugged on VGC. It lowers defense from each target it hits. So, if it hits two pokemon, it lowers defense by two stages. It should lower defense only by 1 stage.

As in this replay, it shows how the Z-move of Conversion couldn't be used because Convserion couldn't be used. In the game mechanics this is ment to ignore the affect of being taunted, allowing it to still preform it's Z-Move.

Alright, there's a kinda huge bug right now on the PS server w/ the Z moves, so far. It is limited to one Z move per game and both players share it. If player A uses a Z move, then player B won't be able to play any z move even if he is supposed to have one.
If I understood correctly, the mecanic is supposed to be one Z move per player per match and so far it's coded as one z move per match for both players. Unless I'm mistaken, I think it's a huge bug

Turn 5. Diancie uses Diamond Storm, which is supposed to have a chance to raise defenses by 2 stages this generation. Its description has been updated to state that, but when it activates, it only goes up 1 stage.

Not sure if this the right place for this, but the team builder shows Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves as illegal on Zygarde, even though it can learn both with the Zygarde Cube in SuMo.

There's a new bug involving Conversion-Z (or Z-status moves in general, haven't looked closely into it) and doubles that wasn't present yesterday in which the client completely rejects your choices for the turn if you select Conversion-Z.

It's somewhat random whether it works or not - in some battles, I can use Conversion-Z just fine, but in others it doesn't work at all. I haven't tested it but I suspect it involves having terrains and/or weather on the field, as it usually happens when fighting Tapus.
Edit: Can confirm terrain is not the cause, just had it happen in a match with no terrain or weather set up.

On an unrelated note, (Ash-)Greninja is allowed in the VGC 2017 ladder, which it shouldn't be.

I really don't know if this is a bug or but the arceus with the rock plate didn't take super effective damage from EQ, and didn't get resist damage on Fake Out
Someone told me that Arceus after Aloha Version won't be affected by the plate's type
