:swsh/weezing::swsh/reuniclus:
Shared Egg Group: Amorpheus
Pokemon Name: Doctor-Weezing
New Types:

Base Stats: 87/90/120/85/70/60 (HP Average)
Ability: Levitate/Neutralizing Gas/Regenerator
New Moves: Light Screen, Trick Room, Reflect, Psyshock, Calm Mind
Weight: 1.8 kg
Height: 2.0m
Dex Entry: A rare off-shoot of the normal Weezing, this Weezing spends it's time nursing the poor and downtrodden. This variant is only found near Spikemuth.
Role Justification: Same role as weezing normally takes, just now with more HP. I went with Regenerator over Magic Guard, as it fits the theme of a Doctor Weezing better.

Pokemon Name: Reuniclus-Fragments (Reuniclus + Runerigus)

Type:

New Moves: Will-O-Wisp, Earth Power, Nasty Plot, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes
Abilities: Wandering Spirit / Magic Guard | Regenerator
Dex Entry: Its barrier has been reinforced by the fragments of an ancient wall, once protected by a seal. This variant has learnt how to use that seal and impress it on opponents to curse them forever.
Competitive Use: Typing is good, abilities as well and stats are perfect for a bulky setup sweeper.

Type:

New Moves: Bullet Seed, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Wood Hammer, Aurora Veil

Dex Entry: Specimens of this variant have established on high snowy peaks of the mountains. Many legends were told about them, someone even declare that they lived until our days, but there's no real proof of that.
Competitive Use: Well, as 3/4 of my sus in any mod, it's for recoil spam.

New Moves: Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Poison Jab, Shift Gear, Gunk Shot

awesome gaming
:ss/bisharp: :toxtricity:
Pokemon Name: Bisharp-Punk (Bisharp + Toxtricity)
Egg Group: Human-Like
Stats: 65 / 125 / 100 / 60 / 70 / 95 (515 BST)
Type:

New Moves: Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Poison Jab, Shift Gear, Gunk Shot
Abilities: Defiant / Inner Focus | Technician
Bisharp with an arguably better defensive typing and some great new tools to use, most notably Shift Gear.
You sure you got the stats right? No way it can have as much speed as the above Bisharp form, Toxtricity's much slower than Alakazam

Pokemon Name: Tauros-Oriental (Tauros + Mienshao)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 75 / 112 / 95 / 40 / 70 / 110 (BST: 502) [Averaged Attack]
Type: Normal/Fighting
New Moves: U-Turn, Blaze Kick, Swords Dance, Drain Punch, Taunt
Abilities: Intimidate / Regenerator (HA: Sheer Force)
Height: 4'07" (1.4 m)
Weight: 136 lbs (61.7 Kg)
Dex Entry: The people of the Orient performed selective breeding on their Tauros so it would become more calm and manageable. Oriental Tauros are rarely angry.
Competitive Use: Would a Fighting STAB, Swords Dance, and a higher Attack give Tauros a shot back to its glory days? A Fighting STAB allows Tauros to break through Steel-types much easier now. With Fighting STAB and 112 Attack, Tauros now can 2HKO Corviknight and Ferrothorn with Close Combat. Blaze Kick is a Sheer Force boosted move option that allows Tauros to OHKO Ferrothorn after Stealth Rock while also hitting Aegislash and Amoonguss for super-effective damage. Swords Dance allows Tauros to sweep teams and turn 2HKO's to OHKO's. U-Turn, Drain Punch, and Regenerator give Tauros some diversity and pssibly perform another role as a pivot.

:ss/sneasel: :ss/gumshoos:
Pokemon Name: Sneasel-Blowhard (Sneasel + Gumshoos)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 55/102/55/35/75/115
Type: Dark/Normal
New Moves: U-Turn, Earthquake, Crunch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch
Abilities: Inner Focus/ Adaptability / Pickpocket
Dex Entry: This variant of Sneasel is often called blowhard due to it thinking it will win almost every battle its in, even though it will lose. Quite often it will try to claim victory early, often by shouting loudly to the crowd watching it, only for it to lose. When it does lose it will throw a temper tantrum akin to that of a toddler.
Competitive Use: This is a band-aid in the sense that a band can really aid it. However as it stands if this wins it would become the fastest pokemon in the meta and sneasel does get taunt if you wanna do something other than sweep.

:ss/spiritomb: :ss/drifblim:
Pokemon Name: Spiritomb-Zepplin (Spiritomb + Drifblim)
Egg Group: Amorphous
Stats: 100/92/108/92/108/35
Type: Ghost/Dark
New Moves: Strength Sap, Explosion, Defog, Knock Off, Gyro Ball
Abilities: Pressure/Aftermath/Infiltrator
Dex Entry: Somehow by breeding a haunted blimp with a portal of undead souls the end result was just ... a fatter portal of souls that could sorta float now. No one really knows what region this happened in, but most point to sinnoh as both pokemon originate from the region. No one knows how this happened but what many do know is that the odd keystone was even odder after this discovery.
Competitive Use: So spiritomb had poop HP, now it has good hp. It's bulk is comparable to the mythicals that had 100 in everything, except it's slightly bulkier than them. It's still super slow and gets wacked by fairies, but hey at least it can take more hits now. Plus it has a form of recovery, hazard removal, and knock off which should help its stall game out by a bit.

:ss/drampa: :ss/dragapult:
Pokemon Name: Drampa-Schrödinger (Drampa + Dragapult)
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats: 78/60/85/135/91/89
Type: Normal/Ghost
New Moves: U-Turn, Tri-Attack, Scald
Abilities: Berserk/Sap Sipper/Infiltrator
Dex Entry: When the unholy breeding of a Drampa and a Dragapult takes place, the offspring isn't considered to be alive. Rather than being alive or dead it's in a superposition where it's both alive and dead at the same time, all the time. As such it's hard to even know if this breed of Drampa will die, or even if it can die.
Competitive Use: See in order to be a special wallbreaker, it probably helps to outspeed walls, and it has some big beefy special attack. However Normal/Ghost has a lack of weaknesses and some decent immunities so I guess you could slap a vest on it and go on the defensive.

While I hate to be the bearer of bad news, I'm seeing a few illegalities here.
:ss/staraptor: :hawlucha:
Pokemon Name: Staraptor-Warrior (Staraptor + Hawlucha)
Egg Group: Flying
Stats: 85 / 120 / 70 / 50 / 60 / 109 (494 BST)
Type:

New Moves: High Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Rock Slide
Abilities: Unburden / Reckless
Dex Entry: It is very defensive toward its territory. It uses a mask made of the feathers of the defeate opponents.
Competitive Use: Spread killing HJK, maybe after even a swords dance you can become unstoppable

:ss/bisharp: :alakazam:
Pokemon Name: Bisharp-White (Bisharp + Alakazam)
Egg Group: Human-Like
Stats: 65 / 125 / 100 / 60 / 70 / 95 (515 BST)
Type:

New Moves: Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Recover, Teleport
Abilities: Defiant / Inner Focus | Magic Guard
Dex Entry: It has reached the wisdom to predict opponent's move to the millisecond. Swears fidelty to its trainer and defends them with its life.
Competitive Use: Very strong typing, can even stall or pivot.
:ss/bisharp: :toxtricity:
Pokemon Name: Bisharp-Punk (Bisharp + Toxtricity)
Egg Group: Human-Like
Stats: 65 / 125 / 100 / 60 / 70 / 72 (482 BST)
Type:

New Moves: Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Poison Jab, Shift Gear, Gunk Shot
Abilities: Defiant / Inner Focus | Technician
Bisharp with an arguably better defensive typing and some great new tools to use, most notably Shift Gear.
+

Pokemon Name: Mienshao-Rebel (Mienshao + Obstagoon)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 65 / 125 / 80 (Defense averaged) / 95 / 60 / 105 (530 BST)
Type:

New Moves: Parting Shot, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Obstruct
Abilities: Guts / Regenerator | Reckless
Dex Entry: A Mienshao started to question the lessons it learned from its mentors, and traveled to the Galar region to forge a darker path.
Competitive Use: Essentially a faster Urshifu-S but with access to Guts-boosted Knock Off and Gunk Shot. Guts combined with Obstruct allows this Pokemon to be an offensive status absorber, and switching into a STAB + Guts-boosted Knock Off or Close Combat coming off of 125 Attack is extremely difficult to do, even for some Dark and Fighting-resists. Alternatively, a pivot set using Regenerator + HDB + Parting Shot can, in theory, be extremely annoying for opponents to deal with. Ice Punch and Thunder Punch provide extra coverage for Flying-types such as Landorus-T and Pelipper, respectively, while Gunk Shot hits Fairy-types extremely hard, especially if boosted by Guts.
Bisharp and Mienshao are UU, while the base cutoff is RUBL.
Staraptor is also prohibited as a base, as it is neither in the Galar Pokédex nor an eligible foreign Pokémon.
(Reuniclus-Fragments is fine, however.)
:swsh/reuniclus::swsh/weezing-galar:
Shared Egg Group: Amorpheus
Offspring Name: Doctor-Weezing-Galar
New Types:

Base Stats: 87 / 90 / 120 / 85 / 70 / 60 [BST: 512] (HP Average)
Ability: = Levitate/Neutralizing Gas/Regenerator
New Moves: Light Screen, Trick Room, Reflect, Psyshock, Calm Mind
Weight: 14.8 kg
Height: 2.0m
Dex Entry: A rare off-shoot of the normal Weezing-Galar, this Weezing spends it's time nursing the poor and downtrodden. This variant is only found near Spikemuth.
Role Justification: Same role as weezing normally takes, just now with more HP. I went with Regenerator over Magic Guard, as it fits the theme of a Doctor Weezing better.
Fairy-types are prohibited from this slate. (Also, Galarian Weezing is UU.)
As a reminder, courtesy of ChoiceScarfed, the legal types are Normal, Grass, Fighting, Poison, Flying, Psychic, Rock, Ghost, and Dark.

It might've been easier to list the types we COULD use instead of the reverse.

Pokemon Name: Toxicroak-Mischief (Toxicroak + Grimmsnarl)
Egg Group: Humanlike
Stats: 83/113/65/86/65/85
Type: Poison/Dark
New Moves: Light Screen, Reflect, Spirit Break, Fire Punch, Power Whip
Abilities: Dry Skin/Prankster (Poison Touch)
Dex Entry: Said to be touched by otherworldly energy, these frogmen are a bit more dastardly than they once were.
Competitive Use: A Prankster user unmatched. On top of screening, Toxicroak can probably be the only legit user of Prankster Corrosive Gas to perform priority item removal on top of having a priority toxic. It also gets Power Whip and Fire Punch to scare most Ground and Steel types away if Fight coverage isn't your style.

Pokemon Name: Dragalge-Orchard (Dragalge + Appletun)
Egg Group: Dragon
Stats: 83/75/90/97/123/44
Type: Poison/Grass
New Moves: Acid Apple, Energy Ball, Recover, Leech Seeds, Body Press
Abilities: Thick Fat/Poison Part (Adaptability
Dex Entry: Lured by sweets, this Pokemon has long since left the sea and lives in orchards.
Competitive Use: Either use its Thick Fat goodness mixed with decent 83/90/123 defenses to play as Mega-Venusaur Jr. or go Adaptability with some really scary STAB Acid Apple more thematically fittingly than the original can and force many switches. Recover and Flip Turn are huge for Longevity and Body Press is stronger than on Appleton regularly. Few Grass types (bar Ferro) are going to want to switch in to absorb a Leech Seed when a STAB adaptable Poison move is a mispredict away and in that case Body Press/Focus Miss are a risky proposition especially if Acid causes a drop instead.

Pokemon Name: Tauros-Borer (Tauros + Dunsparse)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 88/100/95/40/70/110
Type: Normal
New Moves: Coil, Glare, Roost, Aqua Tail, Yawn
Abilities: Intimidate/Serene Grace (Sheer Force)
Dex Entry: This Pokemon's tails have pointed edges that can dig up dirt.
Competitive Use: With the extra HP and defensive moves in Coil and Roost, bulky Intimidate Tauros might actually have some defensive merit. Of course you can abuse Sheer Force with Body Slam, (Zen) Headbutt and 110 Speed. The world for Tauros kinda opens up with a little bit of sustainability. You can still go tried and true Sheer Forcer if you prefer with a buffing move or healing.

Guess who's back for one more? Here comes your newly pre-contributor Pet Mod veteran, Samtendo09!

:ss/sawk: :grimmsnarl:
Pokemon Name: Sawk-Grim
Egg Group: Human-like
Stats: 85 (Avg.) / 120 / 75 / 30 / 75 / 85 (BST 475)
Type:

New Moves: Sucker Punch, Light Screen, Reflect, Lash Out, Play Rough
Abilities: Sturdy / Prankster | Mold Breaker
Dex Entry: Vengeful and violent, Grim Sawk will strike down anyone who dared to interrupt their training. Their hair-like particles can overwhelm even an Alakazam does to numerous uses.
Competitive Use: Prankster / Sturdy Dual Screen (or just either of one), which would be greatly appreciated for any potential Hyper Offensive team of the upcoming micrometa. Although average speed and severe Fairy weakness hurt, it compensates by very useful Abilities and a strong STAB combination of Fighting and Dark.

:ss/indeedee: :wigglytuff:
Pokemon Name: Indeedee-Tuffy
Egg Group: Fairy
Stats: 100 (Avg.) / 65 / 55 / 105 / 95 / 95 (BST 515)
Type:

New Moves: Teleport, Wish, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunder Wave
Abilities: Competitive / Synchronize | Psychic Surge
Dex Entry: Much fluffier than regular Indeedee, hugging it will send a lot of positive feeling that soothes anyone who does it. However, it rather takes distance from people who had negative thoughts.
Competitive Use: Basically a bulkier male Indeedee, with Thunder Wave for slowing down potential threats and Flamethrower or Fire Blast as stronger Fire-type coverage than Mythical Fire. It could also use Wishpass in the form of Teleport + Wish, but not recommended outside of stall. It will mainly set up Psychic Terrain, but it could run Competitive instead if you want your team to keep their priority safe.

:ss/morpeko: :rillaboom:
Pokemon Name: Morpeko-Drummer
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 58 / 110 (Avg.) / 58 / 70 / 58 / 97 (BST 446)
Type:

New Moves: Drum Beating, Grassy Glide, Wood Hammer, Knock Off, U-Turn
Abilities: Hunger Switch* / Grassy Surge
(Aura Wheel remains Electric-type even with this Ability if Morpeko-Drummer is in Full Mode, not Grass-type, although it will get stronger STAB when at Hangry Mode. You will prefer Grassy Surge for Grassy Glide + Aura Wheel always Electric-type anyways.)

Dex Entry: With a grassy green fur, thicker than a standard one, Drummer Morpeko is also a lot stronger despite their small size. Their Hangry form had an even worse behavior than a Hangry Morpeko, as the Hangry Drummer Morpeko will destroy a lot of objects surrounding it with their drummer-like clubs.
Competitive Use: Morpeko's Hangry Mode is just pure gimmick and doesn't really benefit it at all in the long run, so you will use Grassy Surge anyways as one of the potential (possibly only) auto-terrain setter. Having a terrible bulk can be offset by going faster with a powerful Electric-type coverage as Aura Wheel and get faster, and takes down faster threats not resisting Grass-type with Grassy Glide. Wood Hammer is not recommended does to very low HP unless you really want wallbreaking power with Choice Band.

I'll delete my older post since that was considered invalid. Lemme try again.

Pokemon Name: Slowking-Paleo (Slowking + Omastar)
Egg Group: Water 1
Stats: 95 / 75 / 80 / 100 / 110 / 42 (Speed Averaged) (BST 502)
Type:

New Moves: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Ancient Power, Meteor Beam, Shell Smash
Abilities: Oblivious / Swift Swim | Regenerator
Dex Entry: Instead of getting bitten by a Shellder, an Omanyte clamped onto a Slowpoke's head, resulting in both Pokemon evolving and fusing together.
Competitive Use: The newest slate recommended something for an entry hazard setter (not naturally fast, but it can be under certain situations), so here's Slowking-Paleo, a Regenerator Pokemon with access to Stealth Rock and Spikes. This Pokemon screams "options". Regenerator ensures that this Pokemon has a much easier time staying on the field to set up hazards. Slowking already has an extremely-wide movepool, so it can tailor its coverage/status moves to whatever it wants to deal with, whether it's Flamethrower/Fire Blast for Ferrothorn, Corviknight, and other Steel-types, Scald + Ice Beam for Ground-types, Teleport for slow pivoting, and Thunder Wave to cripple faster threats. New Rock-type STABs in Meteor Beam and Ancient Power let it hit defoggers such as Mandibuzz, Rotom-H, Tornadus-T, and Zapdos much harder. Its Speed was the chosen averaged stat so Slowking-Paleo can always be naturally faster than Toxapex, letting it slam the latter with its Psychic STAB before Pex can make a move. The higher Speed also allows Slowking-Paleo to make better use of its last new move: Shell Smash. While 42 Speed isn't all that great for a Shell Smash user, its new ability in Swift Swim can patch up the Speed issue while Rain is up. Even without rain, Timid + Max Speed investment hits 402 Speed after a Shell Smash, outpacing Pokemon such as Tapu Koko and everything slower after a boost.

Edit: Forgot that Slowking also has access to Stored Power. Shell Smash + Stored Power is hilariously strong on this Pokemon lmao. Pair this with Tapu Lele and it's a wrap.

Slowking-Paleo @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Power Herb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes / Stealth Rock / Thunder Wave
- Psychic
- Ice Beam / Teleport / Flamethrower / Meteor Beam
- Slack Off

(defense investment lets it survive Lando-T's max Attack EQ from full. It still has enough special bulk to effectively wall Torn-T, Zapdos, Rotom-H, etc)

Slowking-Paleo @ Power Herb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shell Smash
- Meteor Beam
- Stored Power
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast / Ancient Power

I am so sorry to burst someone's bubble, but
Pokemon Name: Dragalge-Orchard (Dragalge + Appletun)
New Moves: Acid Apple, Leaf Storm, Recover, Leech Seeds, Body Press
Appletun doesn't learn Leaf Storm sadly.

Now for a suggestion:
Espeon-Aura
:ss/espeon: :ss/lucario:
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 68/65/60/130//95/110 (HP averaged, rounded up)
Type:
Psychic
,
Fighting

New Moves:
Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon
Abilities: Magic Bounce, Inner Focus
Dex Entry: Espeon-Auras seem to be very curious, sensing visitors from miles away.
Competitive Use: Haha 130Spa and 110 Speed with solid stab go BRRRRRRRRRRR
I think this could be more effective if some other moves from Lucario such as Nasty Plot and Vaccum Wave were included. (Maybe throw in Focus Blast for good measure) You still has 3 extra move additions available so I thought I would suggest.

Pokemon Name: Sirfetch'd-Archer (Sirfetch'd + Decidueye) :sirfetchd: :decidueye: (NOTE: if possible, try to have it not compatible with Leek)
Egg Group: Flying
Stats: 62, 135, 95, 68, 82, 67 (Speed Averaged and thank you Revenge for correcting my math)
Type: Fighting/Ghost
New Moves:
Sprit Shackle, Poltergeist, Skitter Smack, U-Turn, Roost
Abilities: Scrappy/Long Reach
Height: (Optional) 2'07" (0.8 m)
Weight: (Optional) 257 lb. (117.0 kg)
Dex Entry:
Sirfetch'd that were imported to the Alola region to be pets of the rich, but were shortly released due to it's wild temperament from Alola's new foods. It learned to live with Decidueye and had some crossbreeds, making Farfetch'd that evolved into Sirfetch'd-Archer. Their Leek becomes a projectile for a bow that they made. (think Kirito firing his sword as an arrow from SAO: Alicization)
Competitive Use: Sirfetch'd-Archer can be used with moves like Spirit Shackle to deal heavy Damage to its opponents and not provoke abilities such as Iron Barbs or Items like Sticky Barb or Rocky Helmet.
