We dispute this act call, while we were a little late to not give any notice no pings no nothing and just call in 20 minutes is unreasonable. Shadow did come on shortly after you left and made the post.
SMB gave an entire day of availability with a hard deadline of the latest that he could possibly play and Shadow asked to play at exact time. Shadow contacted SMB 5 minutes after the scheduled time saying that he would only be a few more minutes, in which SMB generously said he could wait at maximum 10 more. We did not feel the need to contact you about this because your player was talking to SMB and there seemed to be transparency in the matter. If Shadow did not inform you of this then that's your team's problem, not ours. But a couple of minutes turned into 25, being much later than both the scheduled time and the extra 10 minutes SMB could spare.

It is not our fault that your player deliberately chose to play at a time where they could not afford to be late, then did show up late even after a grace period. The act call should stand - anything else and this can be seen as deliberate manipulation to force our best player out with a double sub in a 4-4 tie.
