So, this challenge is here to encourage more people to play the DPP Ubers metagame. If you're not aware already, we have a DPP Ubers ladder, which no-one plays! So basically, this is just a straight ladder challenge for DPP Ubers, pre-Farceus metagame. Just name a fresh alt on here and I'll check the rankings a month from now (20th July, 2014) and the one with the highest Elo ranking wins. Not much more to say, except to wish you luck.
