Rejected Being able to play as a guest in [Gen 9] Unrated Random Battle ladder

Being able to play on the [Gen 9] Unrated Random Battle ladder without being logged in with a nick, you being a guest. This is currently an existing feature elsewhere, such as chess.com "play as a guest" and I thought it would be interesting to suggest for the showdown (only valid for [Gen 9] Unrated Random Battle, a ladder that has no rating).

Additionally, another possibility, less important and more as a complement, would be to be able to challenge others as a guest, but only in random tiers (so that guests cannot control the pokemons' nicknames, since they will only be able to play in random formats per challenge).

It’s quite trivial to choose an unregistered username and play without registering it, which seems like to serves the same purpose with less dev work involved. As it is right now, playing as a guest means you’ve been namelocked - which is entirely different. Is there a reason just choosing an unregistered username isn’t sufficient here?

(A) As simple as it is to play with an unregistered account, it is even easier to play without being on any account, as a guest. If we talk about accessibility, the difference is minimal, but it still exists, and it can make a difference in some isolated cases, even if only in a few;

(B) Also, users who were namelocked would still have limited access to the minimum. It would still be impossible for them to circumvent any other rule anyways (playing as a guest). The maximum would be timer stall;

(C) By the way, if someone logs in at the same alt as you (obviously not at the same time. After you log out), they will be logged in at the same alt on different ips, correct? In some cases where the player did not register the account, he can still be punished for someone who used the same account and disrespected the rules. If I'm not mistaken, if an alt gets punished, everyone who was associated with the alt gets punished too. Being a guest, that would be impossible;

(D) For novice players and/or people who don't know how to use the simulator settings right, playing as a guest is less work to save actions that ignore the opponent and lock the pms (in the sense of being impossible for them to talk in chat battles and automatically not being able to receive pm from normal users);

(E) Besides, a parent may find it safer for their child to play without being logged into any account. Many people of many ages access the simulator. I'm talking about children aged 11 and younger than 11 (An interesting thing could be that when playing as a guest, the player is automatically prevented from seeing player or user comments in the chat. This would help with this topic covered here, but that's just a bonus idea anyway, it's not essential to the parental controls cited here).

I don't think it's enough to justify the necessary effort (which is notable). Gonna reject this for now, have a nice day!
