honestly this team doesn't make it seem like you have a whole lot of knowledge about doubles. i'd suggest you sign up for battling 101 so you can get a tutor who could teach you about doubles. also, swinging by the ps room would expose you to many good players who'd be happy to teach you about the tier. best of luck with your team :)
