[SET COMMENTS]
Aurorus is a niche hail setter that can force out common Defog users such as Togekiss and Crobat and set up Stealth Rock for its teammates. Unfortunately, Aurorus faces competition as a hail setter from Vanilluxe, which is better outside of full hail teams. Aurorus also has many weaknesses, making it difficult to switch in at times. Blizzard is Aurorus's primary Ice-type STAB move, as it can OHKO Dhelmise, prevents Togekiss from stalling with Roost, and has perfect accuracy in hail. Freeze-Dry can be used to nail Water-types such as Seismitoad, Gastrodon, and Golisopod. Earth Power hits Steel-types such as Steelix, Stakataka, and Klefki as well as Volcanion. Thunder Wave can be used to cripple common switch-ins such as Cobalion and Metagross for its teammates. Maximum Special Attack investment guarantees an OHKO on Dhelmise with Blizzard and helps versus Togekiss. 20 Speed EVs allow Aurorus to outspeed uninvested base 60 speed Pokemon such as Galarian Weezing and Porygon2. The rest is invested into Special Defense to maximize Aurorus's ability to switch into Togekiss, Noivern, and Salazzle consistently. An alternative spread of 252 SpA / 104 SpD / 152 Spe can be used to outspeed Adamant Alolan Marowak.

Due to Aurorus's role compression as a hail setter, it can fit on hyper offensive teams. Arctozolt and Arctovish are phenomenal teammates, as they are able to take advantage of hail to be strong wallbreakers. Due to Aurorus's weakness to Steel-types, Starmie and Noivern are good teammates, as they can threaten Steel-types with Scald and Flamethrower, respectively. Fighting-types are always problematic for hail teams, so checks such as Noivern, Xatu, and Starmie are important. Starmie can also provide entry hazard removal with Rapid Spin, removing Stealth Rock, which would otherwise limit the amount of times Aurorus can switch in safely.

Good post; one thing I noticed though is that you only listed Icy Rock as the item. However, I think if you were using Aurorus to set Veil for like Linoone or w/e, you'll probably want to use Light Clay instead, so if you're gonna mention set up sweepers that don't take advantage of hail as teammates then I would least talk about Light Clay as a potential item in the set details.

A floor mat in that case EV it to Outspeed Marowack-A. Or Jolly Golurk Or Adamant Golurk

EVs: 200 SpA / 76 SpD / 232 Spe For Golurk Jolly. Note you now have a 6.3% chance to die to Togekiss Aura Sphere
Timid Nature
EVs: 200 SpA / 76 SpD / 232 Spe For Golurk Adamant.
Calm Nature
EVs: 200 SpA / 156 SpD / 152 Spe For Marowack-A.
Calm Nature

my initial spread also outsped seismitoad but never really felt like it was significant enough to sacrifice bulk for a mon that's not particularly hard to switch in (and both of your arctos ohko). i wouldn't really invest so much in speed as you do need to switch into stuff like noivern draco / togekiss flame a few times at least so the bulk is important.

i have never used aurorus for veils primarily but it seems very very hard to justify over other screeners like vanilluxe (faster, boom, taunt etc) and klefki (prankster hazards and good typing). the only real reason i nommed it was cause it compresses rocks + switch ins to a few mons on full hail specifically - cause its mostly a worse vanilluxe otherwise.

also i like running max spa w/ blizzard to maximize your chances of not getting stalled out by togekiss and ohkoing dhelmise from full. not like gastro and seismitoad like switching into it anyways so never felt like freeze dry was a huge deal. helps with starmie though.

implement this and emphasize its specific niche first and then ill check this

It should at the very least outspeed max speed Rhyperior which is 112 speed evs needed for that. Also outspeeds Golisopod Incineroar Dhelmise.
Also i asked zizalith and he said its ok to mention an ev spread to outspeed alowack

EVs: 252 SpA / 104 SpD / 152 Spe 252 SpA / 236 SpD / 20 Spe dont think outspeeding awak is necessary. youre raking away a lot of bulk for a mon that at least half your team should ohko. yes it means you need to sack something but like that's just ho sometimes? its not that big of a deal for me really. 20 speed is for base 60's which are honestly really whatever but it does not hurt you at all.

Aurorus can act as a hail setter while also having nice utility options such as Stealth Rocks and Aurora Veil. Due to its typing, Aurorus also has the ability to force out common defoggers such as Togekiss and Crobat i would combine these 2 sentences, scaring out defoggers + rocks + snow warning is like the whole point of using it. Unfortunately, Aurorus faces competition as a hail setter with Vanilluxe, who has overall higher speed and special attack stats not really. i would just say that outside of full hail it is a worse ice cream.. Aurorus also has many weaknesses, making it difficult to switch in at times. Icy rock is used to maximize hail turns for hail abusers such as Arctozolt. Light Clay can be used to extend screens support for setup sweepers such Linoone and Mimikyu. Blizzard is used as its Ice STAB as it contains perfect accuracy in hail mention it prevents togekiss from roost stalling you and ohkos dhelmise. Freeze-Dry can be used to nail Water-types such as Seismitoad, Milotic, and Golisopod do you actually "nail" milotic? havent run calcs but like it prolly does 35. Earth Power hits Steel-types such as Steelix, Stakataka, and Klefki volcanion is a big target as well. Thunder Wave can be used to cripple common choice scarf users such as Zarude and Mienshao so that Arctozolt and Arctovish have a harder time being revenge killed are mienshao and zarude really gonna want to switch into an aurorus?. Max SpA EVs guarantees a OHKO on Dhelmise with Blizzard also helps vs togekiss. 152 Speed EVs allow Aurorus to outspeed Adamant Marowak-Alola. The rest is invested into Spdef to maximize its ability to take Aura Sphere from Togekiss and Raikou no, you need it to switch into noviern / togekiss / salazzle etc consistently. An alternative spread of 252 SpA / 32 SpD / 224 Spe can be used to outspeed Jolly Marowak-Alola mention ada wak here. you can keep jolly if you want.

Due to Aurorus role compression as a Hail setter, it can fit on hyper offensive teams. Arctozolt and Arctovish are phenomenal teammates, as they are able to take advantage of hail to be strong wallbreakers. Setup sweepers such as Linoone, Polteageist, and Mimikyu appreciate Aurorus's ability to set Aurora Veil. lets keep this hail only. veil is more of a secondary move Due to Aurorus weakness to Steel-types, Starmie and Noivern are good teammates as they can threaten Steel-types with Scald or Flamethrower. In return, Aurorus can check Ice-types such as Vanilluxe. Fighting-types are always problematic for hail teams so checks such as Noivern, Xatu, and Starmie are important. Starmie can also provide hazard removal with Rapid Spin, removing Stealth Rocks that would otherwise limit Aurorus switch ins.

An alternative spread of 252 SpA / 104 SpD / 152 Spe can be used to outspeed Adamant Alolan Marowak. (important clarification to include because aurorus gets 2hko'ed by aura sphere. also swapped the order of the examples for clarity).
