Meant him as a breeding parent for personal use, cause I needed a Smeargle
that could pass 30 Sp. Def. Everstone has much better Smeargles, really * u*; This one's kinda useless.
I just never got his HP Ground one, I don't think *-* And it's such a pain to RNG Smeargles.
They only learn Hidden Power through Sketch, and even then Platinum's guy won't psychic
out its type. :< Same thing with Magikarp. At least I was kinda lucky with this guy. Or not.

Wapol" (ブリキのワポル) from the icy Drum Island
arc in One Piece, who, incidentally, is sort of
plate shaped and wears the similarly orange
pants. lolol

then I realized the southern entrance was empty.
This was named after Tashigi's green-hilted blade;
the Shigure. Comes as a UT Tynamo for now.
