Stomping Tantrum is a new Ground move that doubles in power if the last used move fails. It's 75 BP or 80 BP, I think? Confirmed it, it's 75. I wonder if it works on immunities or misses (say you try to wisp a Flash Fire switch in, or it simply misses the target).

It also gets its own Z-Move, based off Spectral Thief, which makes me wonder if it keeps the effect. Regardless, it's the cutest monster to ever grace Ubers imo.

I was mostly joking. If I ever wanted to use Counter it wouldn't be on something like Lycanroc. The metagame may prove me wrong, but Midday seems so much better it's not funny.

Well, having the opponent not miss you when you want to use Counter is a plus, I suppose... :/

Have you guys noticed that normal Z-move did just a little over 50% damage to Rowlet? I'm thinking that the theory that Z-Moves take their properties straight from the move they replace may be correct. I mean, Slam isn't a very powerful move, especially on Pikachu.
