    Is it on-going, or has it been cancelled?

    We were waiting to see if we could get as many rates in as possible, and now we're working to see who to eliminate as well as which rate was the best one from that round. As for when Round 2 will be posted, I'm not too sure, but maybe by Sunday? No guarantees, but we'll try to have it soon.

    I took it over from one dude a long time back, and that was before anyone else from any other tier started it for their tier. So I guess I sorta was if you consider it as me being the only one running it at the time before anyone else (everyone else tagged me on their threads, so it's cool).

    Basically they wanna submit that mon/core but don't have the time to write it up and don't wanna risk someone else taking it. So this they reserve it.

    If you're referring to the 2nd, 3rd and first few posts after the OP, then that's to have additional space in case they run out of it in the OP. The team-building shop had this issue in V3, so we needed to use the other posts to have room to post our teams in the archive.
