[SET COMMENTS]
===================
Between Equilibra's amazing defensive typing, high special bulk, and great matchups against common Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult, it is one of CAP's most reliable defensive pivots and hazard removal options. It fits primarily on Balance teams, using its powerful Doom Desire to enable teammates and force checkmate scenarios where it can guarantee damage or a KO. Equilibra makes great use of Leftovers thanks to its many immunities and resilience to hazards, as with its immunity to Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web, and quadruple resistance to Stealth Rock, Heavy-Duty Boots are completely unnecessary. Pain Split maximizes Equilibra's recovery, which is useful against bulky and chip-heavy teams; however Protect can be used instead in order to maximize recovery from Leftovers, scout choice-locked opponents, and block checkmate attempts done with Future Sight or Doom Desire, at the cost of leaving Equilibra without recovery if it gets knocked off. Flash Cannon can be used over Doom Desire if you need to immediately pressure foes like Iron Valiant, Enamorus, Gliscor, Rillaboom and Hatterene. Maximum special bulk allows Equilibra to sponge powerful STAB attacks from special wallbreakers like Dragapult, Specs Kyurem, and avoid being OHKOed by Focus Blast from +2 Gholdengo.

Cresceidon appreciates Equilibra's ability to take on threatening Poison-types like Galarian Slowking, Plasmanta, and to remove hazards if Cresceidon loses its Heavy-Duty Boots; in return, Cresceidon deals with strong Fighting, Fire, and Water-type wallbreakers that threaten Equilibra like Great Tusk, Gouging Fire, and Walking Wake, respectively. Arghonaut is another bulky Water-type that checks powerful physical wallbreakers like Zamazenta, Cinderace, can absorb Knock Off, and appreciates Equilibra checking Gliscor and keeping the field clear of hazards. Fast wallbreakers like Weavile, Dragapult and Ogerpon-W also pair well with Equilibra, as the pressure it provides with Doom Desire is very valuable. Venomicon and Equilibra cover each others weaknesess very well, as Venomicon can switch into the physical wallbreakers like Rillaboom and Ogerpon-W that Equilibra fears, while Equilibra tanks the hits of the special wallbreakers like Stratagem and Kyurem that Venomicon can't take on.

Levitate paired with Aura Sphere and Earth Power can be used to counter opposing Equilibra running similar sets to this one.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Item Manipulation**
Leftovers are essential for Equilibra if it wants to be kept healthy on a match, Knock Off from the likes of Gliscor, Arghonaut and Clefable, as well as Trick from Scarf Gholdengo can remove its Leftovers for the rest of the game, making it way harder for it to stay healthy, having to rely on Pain Split for healing.

**Bulky Flying Types**
Pokemon like Corviknight, Skarmory, Arghonaut, Rotom-Wash, Zapdos and Venomicon can all take its hits well, and retaliate with superefective moves.

**Bulky Water Types**
Pokemon like Arghonaut, Rotom-Wash and Primarina can tank its attacks, and then hit back with STAB superefective moves.

**Offensive Grass Types**
Rillaboom, Ogerpon-W and Serperior can sponge its hits, and then strike back with their powerful STAB Grass-type attacks. Notably Ogerpon-W and Choice Band Rillaboom threaten an OHKO with Ivy Cudgel and Wood Hammer respectively.

**Physical Wallbreakers**
Miasmaw, Zamazenta and Gouging Fire can all heavily damage Equilibra, as they target its weaker physical defense, while outpacing Equilibra. Roaring Moon and Greak Tusk can also heavily damage Equilibra while having the option to use Knock Off as a neutral option to remove Equilibra's Leftovers if it stays in, or remove the item of any switch-in.

Please reformat the above and add periods before I give it a look. Too much of my initial check would be just fixing formatting.

Equilibra uses its amazing type, both offensively and defensively paired with its good bulk and great matchups against common spinblockers like Gholdengo and Dragapult to work as a reliable defensive pivot and spinner along a game. It fits well on slow Balance teams, with many tools to put pressure on opponents like its STAB Earth Power and Flash Cannon, and its great STAB Doom Desire, forcing checkmate scenarios where the opponent has to have a Pokemon that can tank the Doom Desire out when it lands, something that can be taken advantage of.
1) Equilibra's great bulk, typing, and abilities that cover for its weaknesses make it an excellent choice for Balance teams.
2) Equilibra is a great rapid spin user because of very strong matchups into Ghost-types such as Gholdengo and Dragapult.
3) Doom Desire lets Equilibra play a valuable offensive role on these teams, forcing checkmate scenarios where a KO or significant damage is guaranteed.
Turn the above into a few sentences, perhaps combine bullets 1&2.

Pain Split is used to heal Equilibra, as it is prone to being chipped down while on the field, and Leftovers are crucial to Equilibra as it cant rely on Pain Split to heal all the time, so it can run Protect to help it get more healing out of Leftovers, while being able to scout what the opponent wants to do. Rephrase this; Pain Split lets Equilibra last longer against bulkier teams, Protect lets Equilibra scout against choiced mons, while also maximizing its leftovers recovery. Add in a bullet about Flash Cannon here. Its EVs while not hitting any specific benchmarks allow it to be 3HKOd by Ice Beam from Specs Kyurem, Flamethrower from Specs Dragapult, Surf by Life Orb Krillowatt, and most impresively 2HKOd by Focus Blast from +2 Gholdengo. Rephrase this; maximum special bulk lets libra avoid XYZ.

Pokemon like Cresceidon and Dragonite appreciate its ability to clean the field from hazards, keeping their Multiscale intact and taking on the Electric, Steel and Poison type attacks that Cresceidon gets hit superefectively by, and the Rock and Fairy types Dragonite fears. Swap the ordering of this sentence; the defensive synergy is more important than spin support given both of those mons run HDB. Equilibra loves Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola, which it appreciates even more if its Leftovers is knocked off, and in return, Equilibra takes on the special attackers Alomomola doesnt have the bulk to take on, as well as being inmune to the Electric-type attacks Alomomola is weak to. This sentence can be slimmed down.
Equilibra is weak against Pokemon like Arghonaut, Ogerpon-Wellspring, AV Rillaboom and hates being hit by Knock Off, Pokemon like Arghonaut, Gliscor and Zapdos can help it against those matchups, and are also good Knock Off absorbers. Rephrase this, its a bit odd. Add in a sentence about fighting resists, namely Venomicon, Pult, etc. Also add in some specific stealth rock users to complete the hazard control core.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options

Aura Sphere can be utilized for opposing Equilibra and Ting-Lu, and Healing Wish is always useful, giving solid late-game support by fully healing up a teammate like Dragonite or Gouging Fire and positioning it to sweep up the opposing team. Cut the Hwish mention, just mention that Levitate + Aura Sphere Equilibra is the single best answer to Equilibra. Be prepared for an alternative EV spread once our best scientists find it.

Checks & Counters

**Knock Off**
Leftovers are essential for Equilibra if it wants to be kept healthy on a match, Knock Off removes its Leftovers, making it way harder for it to stay healthy, having to rely on Pain Split for healing. Knock off from what.

Pokemon like Corviknight, Skarmory, Ogerpon-Wellspring, Arghonaut, Rotom-Wash, Zapdos and Venomicon can all take its hits well, and then retaliate with supereffective moves.

When do you run it over Doom desire? Maximum special bulk allows it to be 3HKOd by Ice Beam from Specs Kyurem, Flamethrower from Specs Dragapult, Surf from Life Orb Krillowatt, and most impressively, 2HKOd by Focus Blast from +2 Gholdengo.

Holy whitespace batman
Cresceidon appreciate its Equilibra's ability to take on the Electric, Steel and Poison type attacks that are targeted to it, and Dragonite also appeciates Equilibra tanking the Rock and Fairy types Dragonite fears, and both of them appreciate it removing hazards for their Multiscale to remain intact if their Heavy-Duty Boots are knocked off. Again I'm not really sure dnite fits here? if anything you run dnite with libra because of the defensive synergy. Equilibra loves Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola due to its lack of reliable healing, and in return Equilibra takes on the special attackers Alomomola doesnt have the bulk to handle, as well as being inmune to the Electric-type attacks Alomomola is weak to. Equilibra is weak against Pokemon like Arghonaut, Zamazenta, Ogerpon-Wellspring and AV Rillaboom, as they can all hit it with STAB super-effective damage and easily tank its attacks, and hates being hit by Knock Off due to the removal of the consistant healing Leftovers provides to it, Close Combat is also a move that scares off Equilibra, as it is superefective and very strong. The previous sentence is very bad Pokemon like Arghonaut, Gliscor and Zapdos can help it against the mentioned matchups, and are also good Knock Off absorbers. Zapdos is very much so not a good knock absorber. Venomicon, Tomohawk and Dragapult can also switch in onto CC or any Fighting-type move Equilibra cannot take. Equilibra can also pair up with Tomohawk, Venomicon, Heatran or Skarmory to form defensive hazard control cores. Why is this a separate bullet from the previous? Please think about the organization of the different partners.

Between Equilibra's uses its amazing defensive typing, high special bulk, abilities and great matchups against common spinblockers Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult, (AC) to work as a it is one of CAP's most reliable defensive pivots and spinner along a game hazard removal options. It fits well primarily on slow Balance teams, with many tools to put pressure on opponents like its STAB Earth Power and Flash Cannon, and using its powerful Doom Desire, forcing to enable its teammates and force checkmate scenarios where it can guarantee damage or a KO. Equilibra can makes great use of Leftovers thanks to its many immunities, immunities and resilliance resilience to hazards, as with Levitate its inmune immunity to grounded hazards, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and has a quadruple resistance to Stealth Rock, meaning that Leftovers are often all the recovery it needs Heavy-Duty Boots are completely unnecessary. Pain Split is used to heal Equilibra, helping it last longer maximizes Equilibra's longevity, which is useful against bulky and chip-heavy teams,; (RC) however, Protect can be used over Pain Split instead in order to maximize recovery from Leftovers, and scout Choice-locked opponents, and block Future Sight and Doom Desire combos, at the cost of leaving Equilibra without recovery if it gets knocked off. Flash Cannon is a strong Steel STAB option that can be used over Doom Desire if you need immedeate Steel-type damage, it can be used for opponents to immediately pressure foes like Iron Valiant, Enamorus, Gliscor, Rillaboom, and Hatterene. Maximum special bulk allows it to be 3HKOd by Ice Beam from Specs Kyurem, Flamethrower from Specs Dragapult, Surf from Life Orb Krillowatt, and most impresively, 2HKOd Equilibra to sponge powerful STAB attacks from special wallbreakers like Dragapult, Choice Specs Kyurem, and avoid being OHKOed by Focus Blast from +2 Gholdengo.

Cresceidon appreciate Equilibra's ability to take on the Electric, Steel and Poison type attacks that are targeted to it, and Equilibra can also switch into the Rock and Fairy-type moves Dragonite hates, both appreciates the hazard removal from Equilibra for their Multiscale to remain intact if their Heavy-Duty Boots are knocked off, and both Cresceidon and Dragonite can tank both the Fire and Fighting-type attacks thrown at Equilibra. I have a few problems with this sentence; first, there aren't many good Electric-types in the tier right now, being limited to Krilowatt (beats Equilibra), Caribolt (usually beats Equilibra), Raging Bolt (Cresceidon heavily threatens this mon), and Plasmanta (very rare). Not many things commonly run Electric coverage, either. I also don't think Dragonite should be mentioned here; the point about keeping its Multiscale intact is mostly irrelevant because Dragonite should almost never be getting knocked off, and Dragonite is way more of an HO mon than Libra, meaning the two will rarely be on the same team together. Here's how I would rewrite this sentence:
Cresceidon appreciates Equilibra's ability to take on threatening Poison-types like Galarian Slowking, Plasmanta, and to remove hazards if Cresceidon loses its Heavy-Duty Boots; in return, Cresceidon deals with strong Fighting-, Fire-, and Water-type wallbreakers that threaten Equilibra like Great Tusk, Gouging Fire, and Walking Wake, respectively.
Equilibra loves Wish support from Pokemon like Alomomola due to its lack of reliable healing, and in return Equilibra takes on the special attackers Alomomola doesnt have the bulk to handle, as well as being inmune to the Electric-type attacks Alomomola is weak to. Honestly Alomomola is not common at all Arghonaut and Gliscor can take on Pokemom like Zamazenta, Ogerpon-Wellspring, Arghonaut, and Rillaboom, while being good Knock Off absorbers, which Equilibra appreciates on a team, Venomicon and Tomohawk can take on Iron Valiant, Arghonaut and opposing Equilibra. Arghonaut and Gliscor definitely cannot take on Ogerpon or Rillaboom, and Tomohawk cannot take on Iron Valiant. Also Tomohawk is borderline unviable, and Gliscor is usually an awkward partner with Equilibra because you're stacking bulky Ground-types that have similar defensive profiles. Add this sentence about Arghonaut instead:
Arghonaut is another bulky Water-type that checks powerful physical wallbreakers like Zamazenta, Cinderace, can absorb Knock Off, and appreciates Equilibra checking Gliscor and keeping the field clear of hazards.
We're now left with two sentences about Argh and Cresceidon, so here is some more information that would be good to include:
- Wallbreakers like Weavile, Ogerpon-W, and Dragapult are great partners because they can abuse Doom Desire to get guaranteed KOs
- Hazard-vulnerable Pokemon like Garganacl and Specs Kyurem hugely benefit from Libra removing hazards
- Venomicon is one of Libra's best partners, doing a good job at checking the Grass-types it lets in for free like Rillaboom and Ogerpon-W, and benefits from Libra checking foes like Stratagem in return
Alright, this is quite a few things to implement, so I'll stop here for now and look at the Checks & Counters section later. Most of my changes in the first paragraph were fairly nit-picky things that just convey a more specific meaning or help the sentences flow better. If you have any questions then feel free to ping me on discord.

Checks & and Counters
===================
**Knock Off Item Manipulation**: Leftovers are escential essential for Equilibra if it wants to be kept healthy on a match, Knock Off from the likes of Rillaboom, Arghonaut and Ogerpon-W removes its Leftovers, making it way harder for it to stay healthy, having to rely on Pain Split for healing. Remove rillaboom and ogerpon from this section; they both have moves that OHKO libra, so knock off is the least of libra's worries. Add clefable, gliscor, and mention that gholdengo can use trick to steal libra's leftovers and cripple it

**Bulky Flying and Water Types**: Pokemon like Corviknight, Skarmory, Arghonaut, Rotom-Wash, Zapdos and Venomicon can all take its hits well, and retaliate with superefective moves. Separate these into two different sections for bulky water-types and bulky flying-types

**Offensive Grass-types**:
Talk about rillaboom, ogerpon-w, and serperior; put special emphasis on ogerpon since it resists both of libra's stabs and can threaten to ohko with ivy cudgel (mention that CB rilla can ohko too)

**Special Walls**: Blissey, AV Primarina and opposing Equilibra easily tank its hits and can slowly chip it down while Equilibra cannot do anything back to them.
I debated whether it was better to keep/remove this section but tbh blissey and AV prima are pretty rare, libra vs opposing libra is just a stalemate so you can't really list it as a counter, and libra actually has a good matchup into most other special walls (clodsire, mollux, slowking-g, etc)

**Physical Wallbreakers**: Ogerpon-W, Rillaboom and Roaring Moon can all heavily damage Equilibra, as they target its weaker physical defense, while outpacing Equilibra, they can also Knock Off its Leftovers. Remove ogerpon and rilla since they have their own grass-type section now. Talk about miasmaw and gouging fire in the same sentence as roaring moon. Add zamazenta and offensive great tusk in the second sentence
